Incredible above and beyond. They have so much traffic coming in out of this small store and they manage it all effortlessly.

Cost. Service. Business plan. All need to be redone. Nice idea but process and procedures are daunting and never specific. Costly!

After some online research (none of the tips fixed it) and consulting my Local At&T store, my screen needed to be replaced unfortunately. This spot was a Yelp find. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. They provide a 90 day warranty. Would I recommend Swift Mobile-Yes

When you have the camera it looks as clear as I can remember, thankfully, but on the lenses itself, you can see dust particles and the broken glass from the original lenses underneath. I would have thought the old glass would be cleared completely before putting on a new one but I guess they don't do that. I could have bought a $10/15 lenses repair kit myself off Amazon and done better in my opinion. I just over paid for convenience and hope I can't get my full trade in value for this.. or I just wasted my time/money.

I previously read that the Face ID sensor couldn't be fixed, but they said they would give it a try. They took my phone for a week but was not able to fix it. Even though I didn't get my phone fixed (it's not their fault not even apple does this repair) the customer service was second to none. I would bug the manager almost everyday about my phone and he always kept me updated and kept and open dialogue.

Normally I am not rash, and churlish enough to toss my phone on a carpeted floor expecting it to land safely. No it bounced and hit the frame of a antique sewing machine, so perfectly that it cracked the screen...okay confession over. So this process took a week and 3 trips. I am willing to accept that some of the overall length of time is "supply chain" [they didn't have my screen model in stock]. However my only knock is the said they would call and never did. I called a few days into the wait. Young man said it was there, so I made the trip (not that far, but still not without hassle). When I arrived he looked around (I would argue that should have been done when I called) and was told to come over. All good we all make lazy mistakes sometimes. Young man was otherwise professional and polite. Anyway the work was done correctly, phone looks like new and $100 lesson in being an impulsive dolt was worth it. Lesson learned, get more sleep during the week, get some exercise, manage stress better so you don't have to go through this first world problem, a dumb problem to create for yourself.

If you enjoy paying for a "free" diagnosis and doing all the follow-up yourself, The Fix is the…read moreplace for you. I dropped my iPad off at The Fix in Towson Mall on Friday because I was on a tight deadline and needed it fixed before an upcoming flight. I showed them the error code and logs and explained that I suspected a battery issue. I specifically asked if they could test it with a known-good battery. I was told they needed to order a battery, diagnose the problem, contact me Saturday or Sunday at the latest, and have the iPad ready for me Monday. Sounds reasonable, right? Apparently, that was the fictional version of events. I eventually had to call them myself a hour before closing on Sunday just to find out what was happening. I was told they would know Monday -- conveniently, the same Monday I was originally supposed to have my repaired iPad back. Monday arrived. Still no call. I called them two hours before closing. They told me they needed to test the device and would call me back in an hour. An hour later, they called and said they "think" it's the motherboard. I asked whether they had actually tested the battery, since the error code on the device pointed toward a possible battery issue and that was specifically what I had asked them to investigate. That's when things got interesting. They told me the battery was fine and that "Google and AI don't know anything." Fair enough. I'm not expecting Google or AI to diagnose my iPad. That's why I brought it to a repair shop. The problem is that when I dropped off my device, I asked and they agreed (hence they ordered a battery) to try a test battery, they explained that would require opening the iPad. So apparently the highly sophisticated diagnostic process consisted of... not opening the iPad. In other words, the test I specifically requested and was told they would perform apparently hadn't been performed at all. I was then told they would need another week for someone to look at the motherboard. Unfortunately, my flight wasn't interested in waiting for their specialist. I told them I'd simply pick up my iPad and take it somewhere else. Then I was informed that my iPad had been moved to another city and I would have to wait until the next day to get it back. TLDR: Dropped it off Friday. Promised an update Saturday or Sunday. No update. Promised it would be ready Monday. No update. I had to call them myself. The requested battery test apparently wasn't performed. They couldn't provide a diagnosis within the promised timeframe. They then needed another week. My device had been moved to another city without me apparently being informed. And I was charged $70 for a diagnosis, despite their website stating that diagnostics are free. When I picked up the iPad Tuesday, I asked for the $70 back because, among other things, their website says diagnostics are free. I was told I needed to speak with the owner. So I called the owner expecting a simple conversation. Instead, he told me the diagnostic fee was non-refundable, and said he didn't care what his website says and hung up on me. That's certainly one way to handle customer service. I completely understand that a repair shop may not be able to fix every device and that some repairs take longer than expected. That's not what bothers me. What bothers me is being given a specific timeline that wasn't remotely followed, receiving no proactive communication, apparently not having the requested diagnostic work done, having my device sent to another city, being charged a fee their own website says is free, and then being treated like I'm the problem when I question it. Apparently at The Fix, "diagnosis" means charging you $70, not actually opening the device, telling you Google and AI are wrong, guessing it's the motherboard, keeping your iPad for several days, sending it to another city, and then hanging up when you ask about the charge. Save yourself the time and frustration. If you're on any kind of deadline, I would strongly recommend taking your device somewhere else.

Don't ever go here for any services. They give everyone different prices but most importantly they will retract their offer if they want to at any time. I was going to trade in my phone to T-Mobile but my screen was cracked, t-mobile was only going to give me $73 for my iPhone 6S. The older middle eastern guy said he'd do it for $80, I said that makes absolutely no sense. So he said he'll buy my phone from me for $80 then. I told him to give me some time to think about it so I could have time to back up my phone and do a factory reset and take out my SIM card....I came back the next day and his manager said "we don't buy phones", I said that's crazy, I had an offer last night. I told him who I spoke with and he called him and the guy LIED and said he never spoke to me. I asked the manager where was he and he told me which kiosk he was at.
