Still unable to charge iPad Pro. The technician plugged in his charge port diagnostic device and showed it was normal. And had current draw. The iPad was able to charge using his cables and power blocks. No fee was charged for that service. Service was quick and friendly. I still got home and was unable to charge my iPad Pro with my existing blocks, but using one of the same cables it seems to charge when connected to my MacBook. So maybe it has something to do with software communication or the usb c controller

I went to their Columbia Mall location. Nice guy took care of replacing the screen and said to come back if I had problems. My phone is VERY difficult to turn on, can't see incoming calls or texts (just a black screen). To wake up the phone, usually means tap the screen or press the right button. It now takes multiple gestures. My phone does not hold a charge and is very warm. I went back and dealt with a different smiling guy. Confirmed screen was a copy and just smiled as I complained! The other night, I dropped a 10lb weight on my phone which bypassed the tempered glass screen protector and shattered the actual screen. I came in at 7:30pm. Chris mentioned the store would close at 8pm but would get to work right away and try to complete the job quickly. He did just that! My screen was fixed and I had a functional phone that night. The next day, I noticed the home button was slightly popped out. I called Cell Phone Doctor/ Chris who recommended I come in. Again- I was in and out in 30 minutes. I know if there was multiple phones being worked on, I wouldn't be in-and-out as quickly; but the haste was greatly appreciated. They do offer a military discount on labor. Note to the store owners- I hope you are taking care of Chris because he deserves to be a highly paid employee! He is professional, knowledgeable, and an outstanding ambassador of the business.
