As we lifted up the TV the cable wire pulled out of the TV. The bracket snapped right off.. My husband was so mad he said, now we have to buy a new TV; I said no way we can fix this!! So as I went through YouTube looking at how to repair this connection; I realized I should get professional help! A lot of people have written about the same problem with their TV; the connection (is not secured at the factory at all very well) it's just popped into the TV and if you move the TV in the wrong direction or put any pressure on it will break right off!
