Beyond contaminants and poor finishing, the biggest issue is that the roof itself was cut into during the install. There are clear, visible cut marks in the carbon fiber--damage that was not there prior. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care and professionalism. A carbon fiber roof is one of the most sensitive and expensive panels on the car, and cutting into it during a PPF install should never happen. What made the situation worse was the response. There was no accountability from management or staff, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was met with dismissiveness. To make matters even more disappointing, one of the employees went as far as making inappropriate comments about my vehicle--completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I've trusted this shop for years, but the quality and customer service have clearly declined. I'm now dealing with damage to a panel that was previously perfect. I hope they take responsibility and make this right, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.

It's $280 if you don't want the front windshield done. Speaking of which, the darkest they'll do for windshield is 45%. For no ceramic I believe it's $180 for five windows, addition $100 for the windshield which is always going to be ceramic regardless of if the rest of the car is ceramic. Not hard to find, wasn't too sure on where to park when I got there. If you knock, I don't believe anyone will answer lol so just walk right in. Okay this is not the place you'll receive the friendliest customer service. They're not mean or rude. Just not the most welcoming. But it's cool I'm here for tints not to make BFFs. I was told three hours but they actually got it done in half the time because an additional associate came in to help at the end of the day so that was great. No one wore mask and there's no waiting area so just keep that in mind. I knew I would be in and out and didn't plan on staying to wait so I was cool. Overall nice job. Tints are still "drying" which they said takes 2-3 weeks. There's a small bubble at the top of my front windshield but it's gradually gone down. They said they'd fix anything if it didn't completely go away at the end of the drying period. They also offer $20 lifetime warranty if you do anything to mess up your tints like scratch it or if your ring hits it.

$120 paid total Both…read morefront windows and windshield initially planned to get done but when I got there, the gentleman who ended up doing my tint cautioned me (rather abruptly I thought) that no tint on the windshield was legal so I opted not to have the windshield done. I appreciated his advice just not his tone. So instead of spending $220, I saved $100. That in person encounter totally contrasted with the phone call I made to set my appointment. The lady who set my appointment didn't mention anything about the windshield and even suggested different shades I could get (as low as 40% but she recommended 70% tint). She was so nice!! She made me feel at ease and honestly I felt very good about making my appointment with them because of her phone manner. So I get there and knock on the door. No one answered so I let myself in. A couple folks (I'm guessing they were part of the family who owns the business) were there, no one wearing masks but hey, I'm not judging, I kept mine on so no biggie. They looked at me for a few beats until the guy who ended up doing my tint acknowledged me. Didn't exactly make me feel welcomed but the lady who ended up taking my keys was decent. She told me some places I could wait in the area. No waiting inside due to COVID-19 so I had to hang around the area. They initially estimated it would take an hour. It took 4 hours. There was only one other car when I got there and I had an 11am appointment, but I arrived at 11:02am. When I called after 2 hrs to check, they said they had gotten busy. How??? I would think anyone else would get done AFTER me. So that didn't add up. Made me wonder how long I waited unnecessarily before they even got started on my car. I wasn't impressed by the customer service, when they finally called me, they said I was done, they let me know what time they normally close but mentioned they wanted to close early. Kind of awkward again but luckily for them, I was only steps away and got there 2 minutes after they called. Once inside, the guy who did my tint made a point to tell me how difficult it was to apply tint to the small triangle windows within my front window. He said it was a pain in the butt actually. He couldn't resist telling me they normally charge for that but they weren't charging. I did thank him but 2 things came to mind: 1. Why when I let them know my vehicle details over the phone did they not know about those windows or when I dropped my car off did they not look it over and call to tell me about the extra charge? I felt the decision not to make me pay was because they took 4 hours to tint 2 front windows. 2. What was the point of mentioning that? It lead me to once again feel awkward and struck me as unprofessional that he felt the need to bring it up. I'd almost rather have paid than to be spoken to like that. When I left, I was so ready to go but as the lady was detailing what I should expect of my windows over the next 2 weeks, I noticed something dark on the passenger window. I mentioned it and she came over and it was on the exterior. It was tape of some sort that she brushed away, casually mentioning the guy who did the job must not have cleaned up after himself. Not the end of the world but just one more thing. I really wanted to love this place. It's a small business, in my community and they had stellar reviews. I am not criticizing their work, they did a fine job and I'm sure my tint will be great when it "smooths" out in the next few days or so. I'm just asking them to try to deliver a consistent, PROFESSIONAL customer experience. The experience that so many other reviews raved about and influenced me to try Baltimore Tint in the first place.

I decided to take my recently purchased 2026 vehicle (had it new for only 6 weeks) to be serviced…read more I called got an appointment for Tuesday 2/10/25 @9am. I was told that my vehicle would be ready early Wednesday. As it was dropped of for front paint protection, tint on the windshield (50%) and match the front two windows as the rear (told it would be 15 percent. I dropped it off on Monday. As always I check my vehicle for any issues as it is a new vehicle and there were no scratches or blemishes. The folks I communicated with had been very friendly and pleasant during my encounters and communication. Prior to dropping my vehicle off, during the scheduling and overview of services I was told if I allowed a training individual to perform the work on my vehicle I could receive a discount. I expressed my decline of having this individual to perform the work for my tint. I was informed on Wednesday morning that the work was not complete on my vehicle as it was supposed to have been finished on Tuesday and needed to cure some in the heat overnight. This pushed the pick up out to 5pm. This was not feasible resulting in the vehicle being picked up on Thursday. I pulled up and saw that my vehicle was parked nicely under the signage. I took a picture and walked over to look over the work. I instantly recognized NOTICABLE seemingly lines on the driver front window. I went inside and waited patiently to be next. I was assisted and asked my questions to include the tint on the windshield as it looked as if nothing was on it. I was explained and shown the tint on a sample. I then saw a gentleman standing at a door and when I made the inquiry about the window the gentleman at the door stated that the window was damaged by razor blades on Tuesday. They failed to alert me of the damage knowingly for several days until I came there. They had enough time to get estimates for Safelite and it would take 9 days to get the windows. I was calm as there was nothing I could do to reverse what has occurred. I was then informed by another employee that it was both front windows. I declined to use Safellite as I prefer it to go and be serviced by the dealer ship as its a brand new vehicle. They agreed to pay for the vehicle. Just to note, the 1st gentleman I encountered to pay on Thursday gave me the balance to be paid to include the tint on the windows that were damaged. They did not remove that amount and if I didnt see the car windows I would have paid that amount without them removing it no matter what. I then asked for some compensation for their damage and inconvenience. Their compensation was to remove the tint cost for the damaged windows. No further compensation was made other than saying they will tint the replacement windows. Just to know that I have drive around with very noticeable damaged windows,, take time off work to take my vehicle to the dealership and wait for the windows to be replaced. Then get those windows tinted. I paid for the paint protection and my windshield tint at the cost quoted. The staff member that said he did the damage spoke of his experience and that it never happened and as a result they threw out all the razor blades. I was informed that they used razor blades to clean the windows prior to the placement of tint. Please note I believe that the individual in training did the tint as the female was strongly promoting the discount to allow such, as the individual in training needed hours prior to his graduating. I can not prove it but its believable for him to have done it, aside from someone that has been doing this for years. I have not had a sincere apology or any apology from the shop. It seems they have no intentions to compensate outside of paying to have my vehicle windows replaced. While I was there I saw some blemishes on the car but very overwhelmed and silently processing everything I thought it was residual drainage from them washing it as it was plenty of drainage lines on the vehicle. Was cleaned up good. So this morning I looked at the "blemish" more and discovered its a small scratch with a chip out of the paint. I informed Kurt as he texted me about the service of my vehicle. Someone else name Jen texted from another number and seemingly is not accepting or declining but questioned and asked if it was a particular door as if it was on there when I dropped the vehicle off. I informed her that I looked over my vehicle prior to giving them the key card. I am not able to provide a good review but look forward to updating this review with information of accomodations if they provide any. I I do not understand why they did not let me know of the issue before they did anymore work on my vehicle and failed to communicate tbis issue. I have visited again to have the ppf checked at 2weeks and the installation of the tint to the replaced front windows. The tint to the front windows took about 90 minutes and it seems okay for now.
