Called the store and was told to bring it in. Front desk guy called me a "liar" and told me to leave the car for the day (which would have required two Ubers). I asked if he could please fix it now, and he berated me for then inconveniencing all his other customers who had appointments that day. Once I reminded him that if he installed it correctly the first time this would not have happened, he begrudgingly agreed to fix it. Turns out, the microphone was bad. Never apologized for giving me a defective piece or failing to test it before he signed off on the job. Worst customer service ever. Go elsewhere.

Poptronics did an excellent job with the installing of my sons security system. I did notice after dark fell that there was no security indicator light that flashes just for extra security and another layer of theft deterrent.
