I took my son's PlayStation 4 there at his request, and after almost a week and $30 they told me that they couldn't repair consoles HDMI port. Me being an Electronics guy myself we didn't have the time to repair it because I work. But after further inspecting my son's console I found that they reinstalled the HDMI port backwards, the HDMI port didn't even line up with the hole on the console housing and they even damaged the motherboard. The very professional and knowledgeable nice American Asian man fixed the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus in a record time of 17 minutes even though he said it would be 30 minutes. Most places say a hour. The price was $110, it might cost less if you have an average size screen, I have a Plus size model. The nice man gave me 25% off on a new phone case because I had my screen fixed. The Asian American technician and/or owner has a piss poor attitude and horrible customer service skills. He stares at you from behind a desk when coming through the door, as if your entrance is bothersome. He is extremely flat when answering questions and seems annoyed with customers, but loves to take customers money. I took a device in for screen repair, when picked it up it had been disabled. I took it home to disable it and the screen blacked out. This was within 20 mins of picking it up. I took it back to him and explained what happened, also mentioning the fact that it had been disabled in his possession. He became very argumentative, he took the phone apart and claimed he changed the screen out. When I asked him to show me the screen he had taken off, he showed me a screen on another device. Then insisted that if it happened again the issue is with the CPU. This man is a liar, and I will not be taking any other devices to him. I will also be letting all my friends and family know in the area not to, as well. read more

I took my laptop to We Fix It All after taking it to two other laptop repair shops. Both other shops were not even ready to diagnose the problem. When I went to We Fix It All, I was thinking these guys would be the same. This laptop has some important work of several years and some expensive softwares. At any cost, I wanted it to work, because the cost otherwise was prohibitively expensive both in terms of time and money. My laptop was just not powering on. No signs of electric current going into the device, no LED indicators were working. This was very frustrating. Being fairly knowledgeable about computers, I had done my own diagnosis, but was not able to isolate the problem. But, the technicians at We Fix It All proved me completely wrong! They did an extremely thorough job, went through analysis of the problem in an very diligent manner and successfully isolated the problem. They did NOT overcharge me or rake up the cost of repair which they could have done very easily. Instead they were extremely honest and professional. Especially Mr. Wu who is the technician there is not only a genius, but a magician who can fix very complicated problems. Mr. Wu is my hero today :) Overall, the cost was very reasonable, service was fast and timely (did not take more time than promised), conduct of business was HONEST and professional. Went in for a fix on a broken screen, and not only was the results excellent- the service took me for a pleasant surprise. The guys there are actually willing to help out the customers. For instance, there was a lady who needed her phone to be fixed, but the repair guy told her that she would be wasting more money with the repair, so she should go ahead with her insurance (which was cheaper than the fix). If I don't have anything to get fixed, I'm there to ask them questions because they ALWAYS HELP! read more

If you are going here to have your computer or phone fixed, be ready to get ripped off! My labtops memory card gets loose now and then as i have droped it last year so after taking it some other computer shop in virginia paying $20s for fix and diagnosis (econo computers at sterling VA) so i have got a hold of what my computer's problem is but since i was a guest in baltimore and Had no tools on me I took it to this near by shop thinking that after I tell him what needs to be done he will simply do it and I was more then happy to pay him around $20 for the 5 min time that he would have spent to open, air spray, push the memory in and close my labtop but NO, he put a form in front of me asking me to pay $30 for him to diagnose and pay what ever he would like to charge for "fixing" even after I told him what is wrong with my computer he still said " It's our (his shop's) policy", now I hope this review will change enough people's mind going to this rip off shop so he can reconsider "his policy" using his common seance. read more
