I shattered a brand new Iphone but didnt have apple care + to get it fixed and figured this would be my next best bet. Getting it set up was easy and they gave me a 30-40 min window which was just enough time to grab something to eat in the food court and window shop in a store or two. Their price was about $54 cheaper than apple so I couldnt beat it. Phone appears to be just like new! UPDATE 9/21/18: After 6 months, I bumped into the manager after speaking with corporate after my incident. This employee is no longer with the company. The manager remembered me and was very remorseful. He apologized for how everything went down. I told him I'll update my review because he has always been very nice. This place is a SCAM! Don't ever go here for any services. They give everyone different prices but most importantly they will retract their offer if they want to at any time. I was going to trade in my phone to T-Mobile but my screen was cracked, t-mobile was only going to give me $73 for my iPhone 6S. The older middle eastern guy said he'd do it for $80, I said that makes absolutely no sense. So he said he'll buy my phone from me for $80 then. I told him to give me some time to think about it so I could have time to back up my phone and do a factory reset and take out my SIM card....I came back the next day and his manager said "we don't buy phones", I said that's crazy, I had an offer last night. I told him who I spoke with and he called him and the guy LIED and said he never spoke to me. I asked the manager where was he and he told me which kiosk he was at. I walked all the way up stairs and found him and said "Why would you lie about the offer?", he wouldn't look at me and said the offer for was 30 minutes and it's off of the table now leave". I WAS INFURIATED! I went back to manager at the lower level and told him that his employees are doing some illegal purchasing under the table if this company does not buy phones and that will ruin their reputation of they are making false deals with people. I brought my iPad in to have the shattered screen repaired. I was told it would take fifteen minutes, but then they called me a little later and said it would be a few hours because they needed someone to drive the part over to them. I rather wish they had checked on that first before taking on the job. That having been said, the lady at the booth was friendly and professional, she kept me thoroughly updated on progress, and the repair job itself was well done. I work in the Towson mall and when my husband cracked his phone screen I knew I had at least 5 options of places to go inside the mall who could fix it. I looked up reviews of who to go to, who could do it the best and the fastest, etc. The vast majority of the reviews were for Muhammad at Cellairis. I read tons of reviews saying he was polite, courteous, helpful and fast. I went right to the Cellairis kiosk before my shift started at the mall, he helped me out and I stopped back during my break to pick up the phone. It looked brand new. I purchased the Cellairis bundle, which includes a case, a screen protector and unlimited screen repairs for 3 years. Now every time I walk by the kiosk Muhammad says hi. My Samsung locked up when I set back to factory default setting (A-ok up until then but giving to friend). Cellairis said they could reset the software and to come back in an hour. The quote, for $60, was 30% less than first kiosk and Tmobile store no help. I say.. a work order, a deposit, a receipt for my phone? The woman says no.. just come back in an hour. I return to find my phone in pieces on the counter, that I need a new motherboard and that repair (re-assembly) is $130 and that prepayment is now required. What do you think? I had such great service!!! My screen was completely shattered and looked like it was beyond repair. Fortunately, I met Haq and he was able to give me what felt like a brand new phone. The repair didn't cost an arm and a leg as many other locations would charge and I waited no more than 25-30 minutes. I highly recommend if you ever need your screen fixed!!!! Went online looking for a cellphone repair shop in Towson Town Center and came across this place. On their website they have a coupon for a free cellphone charger and a free screen protector with the purchase of any cellphone repair. I'm thinking perfect a screen protector since the reason I'm here is because the phone was dropped and the screen cracked. Well, after the repair I presented the coupon and was told, "You have to sign up for a new service". I then read the coupon to her and she had no clue what I was talking about. She called someone else who she spoke to over the phone. She then told me, "That's only for the corporate company we don't accept that but you can buy a screen protector for $45". Ummmmm, ma'am this coupon has your company name. The "corporate" website directed me here and now you will not honor the coupon. Then she tells me, well I'll give it to you for $25". That's ok ma'am I'll get it off Amazon for $5. The fact that she tried to sell me something that I had a free coupon for was irritating!! At least they fixed my screen which cost me $100. read more
