When I entered the store, there was one employee at the counter on her cell phone, talking to a customer (call was on speaker phone). When She turned around, she did not acknowledge me. She actually went to the back of the store, to continue with her call. I asked her if she could assist me, and she ignored me . I went down the aisles and checked each aisle for the product I was looking for. I then walked out. I assume that since I was a male, she must of thought I didnt want anything, or just poor customer service skills. Advise to the employee, Don't judge a book by its cover. She didnt know if I was sent there by my wife or other female to pick up something from there. Instead, stupidly, she choose to not help me . Sad . I do not recommend this store .

I really appreciate the fact that they have gift options set up on tables as you walk into the door. And they're scattered throughout the store. That's how I got the idea of what I wanted to purchase. And of course, I bought a few things for myself. Whenever I come across Rachel Zoe towels I buy myself a set. They' thick and they last. This Marshall is around the corner from my partner's house so I'll be coming here often. The cashiers are always friendly and even though the check out line was long, it moved quickly! The store is clean & organized, which is a plus since it's already somewhat overwhelming to come into a Marshalls and just buy one thing.

I can find a bunch of stuff to get while visiting whether I need it or not!! Lol They seem to have a large selection of toiletries. I'm talking hair wash, lotions, soaps and other skin care items. They also have a large selection of luggage. I most recently wanted a beautiful piece of luggage, and found it there. I must admit, my favorite thing about this place is it's employees. Everyone is always very nice and kind of no matter how busy, or slow they are. There are days that they're swamped, I'm not even talking about holidays. They still smile and treat you with respect, I appreciate that a lot. Looks like they have my business for a while.
