The workers were there, but on ladders and too busy on their phones to notice a customers. There was no one around to help either. I walked in, looked around, and walked back out. As a person going through chemotherapy right now- I'd not recommend this place if you've never been to a wig store before. The other reviewers are lying.

In addition to hair products they had other novelties such as natural oils, accessories such as hats, and other trinkets that people like. I ran in to get 1 - 2 items and was able to grab them quickly but I also wanted to add the biggest thing that stood out was customer service! As soon as I crossed the threshold I was greeted by someone and upon checking out the person who helped me was very kind. You guys know with me, customer service always wins! Can't wait to go back!

When I asked her is it customary to ask the customer for their phone number to apply to there reward points she stated she forgot to ask and I could get points on my next purchase however, what will that do for my purchase today? She responded that it was nothing she could do since the transaction was completed. I didn't address it any further and I was in a hurry but, please remind your staff to be customer focused and remember to ask the customer for there phone number for reward points.
