I'm unsure why this place has low reviews, but it's always been great to me! I've probably been here about 8 to 10 times, and I've never had an issue, and they always have what I need and more! The store is very clean, everything is easy to find, the customer service is always stellar! The prices are very very hard to beat. I'll definitely keep patronizing this place and I hope the ratings go up because they're pretty freaking fantastic to me! read more

Went to the location looking for red fox body butter as I had purchased it at other Sally's locatoins in the past. When I entered the store, there was one employee at the counter on her cell phone, talking to a customer (call was on speaker phone). When She turned around, she did not acknowledge me. She actually went to the back of the store, to continue with her call. I asked her if she could assist me, and she ignored me . I went down the aisles and checked each aisle for the product I was looking for. I then walked out. I assume that since I was a male, she must of thought I didnt want anything, or just poor customer service skills. Advise to the employee, Don't judge a book by its cover. She didnt know if I was sent there by my wife or other female to pick up something from there. Instead, stupidly, she choose to not help me . Sad . I do not recommend this store . read more

I walked in the door and was asked if I needed any help, then walked to what I was going to purchase, and I was told they were closing and that I needed to leave. Then they said they had to be out by a certain time and I could come back tomorrow. I told them I just needed one thing. They went to the back and turned off the lights. I grabbed what I needed, walked to the counter and I was out the door at 7:01. I've worked retail for 30 years and found this very rude! I didn't realize it was 6:58 when I walked in, but I was there for 3 minutes. read more

I had been in there two days in a row on 6/22/20 and 6/23/20, and both of the associates that I spoke to (or lack thereof) were rude and not willing to help whatsoever. I am not sure who manages this place but whoever does needs to consider who they are hiring a little more closely. Customer service such as this makes customers not want to return, especially me. read more

I also love that it's close to the harbor and surrounded by other restaurants, shops, and boutiques, so you can easily make a day out of your visit if you want. I went right when the store opened in the morning, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff I interacted with were all kind, approachable, and helpful, which made the experience even better. I typically know what I want and what I'm looking for, but it's still so fun to bounce off thoughts and ideas with the staff that are often established professional makeup artists. I really enjoy getting their perspectives on different products and learning about any new ones that I may not have been familiar with. The store itself was clean, well organized, and beautifully lit, which I really appreciated. It is a smaller location, but it still carries a great variety of products, including the staples you'd find at larger stores. I was looking for a specific perfume from a newer brand, and while they no longer carry it at this location, I appreciated learning that it is still be available at other stores or online. Definitely don't hesitate to ask if you're looking for something specific! I would recommend going earlier in the day, especially on weekends or when the weather is nice, as I can imagine it gets busy later on. I've been here at least three times now and have had positive experiences. I plan to keep coming back.

I also love that she uses the best high quality products, no cheap or low quality products were ever used on my hair. My hair feels healthy after a good shampoo, conditioner and trim. The facility is always clean. Prices went up this year, which somewhat aligns with other stylists so no major complaints here, but my normal style went up $20, which seems a bit overpriced. Before the pandemic, appointments could be made online. However, since the pandemic all appointments have to be made directly through her, which wouldn't be an issue if she was responsive. It is hard to get a timely response from her at times to get an appointment, which is the only reason I'm rating 4 stars.
