Value: the public classes are $60 per person and come with a standard size candle and small 7ml tin candle. For an additional fee, you can upgrade to the 22ml, which I did. The scent selections are very unique and if you need more convincing, my special guy enjoyed the selections of woodsy and bourbon scents because he was able to personalize it to tailor his taste while I went with warm & sweet scents. Public classes hold up to 18 people and you can rent out the space for a private event for up to 34 people. In addition to candle making, it's BYOB (wine or champagne) no outside snacks allowed for public classes but you can inquire more about your private class experience through the website. They also offer colors and other add ins such as flowers and jewel pieces to make your candle really unique. There is a lot of room for creativity here. While you wait for your candle to finish, you can do karaoke or just chill out and have a nice time. It's also BYOB. There was only one employee in there when I went in, but she was very helpful, answered my questions and chatted for a few minutes. They leave a prescription order, and you have to pick it up because the doctor called it in, and you need the prescription. They claim it's not there, but it's actually because they never check their phone line. It's wild that a doctor can call in a prescription for you and still can't get through to the pharmacist. The store is understaffed, and the staff doesn't seem to care, even when they're understaffed, about helping you and getting things resolved unless you go in there and raise holy hell. The store shelves are half empty. If you are planning to pick up non-prescription medication, consider ordering from Amazon instead of trying to find it on their shelves, as you'll have a better chance of success. The only reason I go to this location is to pick up prescriptions for a family member. I don't use it myself because of the horrible experience I've had here, picking up prescriptions, and having to wait, or having to call and not get staff on the phone, and being on hold for over an hour. I do not recommend this location, and frankly, from the reviews for other Walgreens locations in the area, I don't recommend them either.
