The drug store that I didn't realize I needed. Easy to locate, and spacious parking lot. They have great sales. Overall, well stocked. They have the nicest cashiers, floor staff, and pharmacy workers. Great convenience as needed. I often get the great cash rewards. I'm still trying to learn how to use them. They take forever to fill a script. They said oh sorry we are out of stock we will have to order then they said it could take 5 days with a med I need daily. So called my doctor back to send my script to CVS and yes had to pay more but had my script in under 1 hour If my insurance had CVS in network I would switch all family scripts but this Walgreens is not getting better How corporate is allowing this it's a shame read more

Everything. Went in and service was slow. Fine that can happen. Came back a month later for refills and received half of prescription. Came in and talked to pharmacy and was told I was correct but they needed to order the other half. Ok. Now was just told the asma meds i have used for years and are prescribed by the month. Only come in half size. Meanwhile the price difference for 30 doses and 14 doses. Is $20 dollars on a 200 dollar prescription. So now I am being lied to and my money was stolen. read more

Do not take your prescriptions there, nothing is good about this location. Especially the clientele behind the Rx counter. Prescriptions (4) were called in before 2pm, only 2 ready at 6 pm. Why would you not fill all 4 at the same time. My first alert was they would be ready at 4, then at 458, next time i checked it said they were running behind. They are consistent. That's the only positive. Consistent poor customer service. We just switched my parents to a new pharmacy two weeks ago because my 83 year old dad kept complaining how he was treated. Tonight I had to go to urgent care. They gave me an anti biotic prescription. I got there at 5:22 and they close at 6. The tech said sorry I could pick it up tomorrow? Really, I'll wait til six I really need to get this anti biotic started. I'm leaving out many details but when I talked to the pharmacist about the horrible customer service as this location every single time. She blamed it on the customers. "We are humans we aren't robots. Customers yell at us all day." Correct they do. I saw someone get angry just before me but this isn't the customers fault. You are treated poorly the moment you walk up. The counter is filthy. The attitude are bad. I asked her if she remembered she was in the customer service business. I miss the old days of a smiling pharmacist. This pharmacist blames customers but works at a large corporation like Walgreens. I highly suggest finding somewhere else. Called Walgreens this evening looking for an Rx for my wife who is suffering from terminal cancer. When recording started there were "more than 3 calls" ahead of me. At 40+ minutes on hold there was only 1 call ahead of me. at ONE HOUR, TEN MINUTES I was still on hold and there were going to close in 40 minutes. Get in the car, drive to Walgreens, walk back to pharmacy dept. NO ONE WAS ON ANY DAMNED PHONE. I asked the pharmacist just when they might take my call. It was still on speaker phone and held it up for him and the customers could hear. He gave me some damned excuse about being short staffed and giving vaccines, etc. etc. etc. I know exactly what they were going to do. They would have simply left me on hold and closed the store at 8:00 and gone home. I'll NEVER EVER go to Walgreens again. read more

They are slow as can be. The cashiers are frequently away, roaming through the store. The pharmacy takes a minim of 3 business days to fill routine scrips/refills. They never open another register even with long lines. Moreover, the staff doesn't know where anything is. They have signs saying 'if you can't find something, ask us"--but they act like they've never heard of something as simple as Neosporin. Slooooooow and incompetent! read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. I have been diagnosed with pneumonia and my doc faxed three prescriptions to Walgreens at 6:38 this evening. The pharmacy was due to close at 8 pm. That is plenty of time to fill a script. When I got home, I called to see how long it would be and kept getting a prompt telling me that there was one person ahead of me in line. This went on for a half an hour. I tried again. Same thing. At 7:45 my husband drove to Walgreens to pick up the prescriptions and they told him they do not have them right now and I would have to call back tomorrow. The prescriptions are not out of the ordinary. These people are worthless and I will call my doctor in the morning and have my medicine filled elsewhere. read more

This location is terrible. They have about 5 people working in the pharmacy but not a single prescription filled. You come in for a pick up and it's not even ready and you get the "10 minutes" which is actually 20-30 minutes. The people working are very rude and should be counciled on their customer communication because they have no training what so ever. They even have u waiting and your prescription is sitting there ready!!! read more

Prepare to wait 3x as long as you expect. The pharmacy drive through (a brilliant thing to have during COVID) service is terrible. You often have to wait 2-5 minutes just to be acknowledged and told to wait. While this is certainly not a hardship it is poor customer service. Frequently I get a call saying my prescriptions are ready, only to show up and have them say they only have one, or they're out, or even a few times, they have no record of the prescription in file. Service inside is no better. When going to check out you often have to go find an employee because no one is at the front. No exaggeration I've waited 90 minutes for them to sort out a prescription that I've been picking up there for months. Don't waste your time. read more

If I could've given a lower rating I would have done so. Every time I go here I have an issue. Today I picked up my boyfriend from the hospital I went to DROP THEM OFF to be filled. I go to to the drive through that is broken so I find parking and leave my boyfriend that has just had open heart surgery in the car. I go inside and the pharmacy looks closed because they all took their lunch break at the SAME TIME. I get in line and wait my time. I get to window to drop it off and the woman working seems aggravated to be working and tells me I need an ID to DROP OFF? I explained the situation and told her my wallet was in the car, but couldn't careless. I go out to my car and get my DL and go back in and I have to wait in line all over again. Also, they text us at 5;58 that the prescriptions were ready and I got there and they were closed and of course no one told me that when I dropped the of at 3:30. So now my boyfriend doesn't have his medicine until tomorrow which I go to work and can't drive. This is the worse. Laziest day unprofessional customer service UPDATE- Doctor calls in a prescription for thrush today and I call at 5:30 to fill it and I call they still haven't filled it at 7:00 pm!!! This is the absolute worst pharmacy ever. Prepare to spend at least 30 minutes here anytime you need a prescription. The absolute slowest and worst customer service in any pharmacy I've ever experienced. Why does it take 30 minutes to give someone a prescription that's already filled every single time. Went in to get flu shot after making appointment online. Just two people in pharmacy-the pharmacist and a tech. Wait in line and at my turn tell the pharmacist who is at the cash register(?) that I'm there for vaccine. He looks harried and has a hard time validating my insurance information while I wait along with a line of people behind me, so I say I'll come back another time. He says he'll do it now, but first he answers a phone call and then goes to the drop off window to help another customer. I'm a former nurse and the last thing I want is someone who is rushing around trying to do everything at once sticking a needle in me. I left the store and will go elsewhere or to my doctor for this. I NEVER had an issue when Rite Aid owned the store, but have had several since Walgreens took over, including one time when I was given someone else's medication at the drive through. read more

They never answer their phones, drive through is never attended to, the line of people who also hate this pharmacy is ridiculous. Between their computer systems being down, and being told to go to different Walgreens locations I have been now waiting 2 months to refill a simple albuterol inhaler prescription. Do not use this pharmacy unless you want to be disappointed. Could get prescriptions filled off of the streets at a faster production rate. read more

You have to wait in a long line to even drop off a prescription. When they receive a script to fill electronically or otherwise, it wont be filled anytime soon. It will take days. When they do get around to filling one out of X amount of your prescriptions, prepare to get several text messages and calls a day to let you know about that one single medication. Days later, when you call to check on your refills, you will wait forever. (They app is never accurate) When you go to pick it up, you will wait another hour or so in line. (I once had a telehealth visit while in the drive through. When it was over, I was still waiting on them) When you finally get to the moron checking you out, they let you know that not all of your medication is ready, and ask if you want to wait. Just say no, then prepare to do it all over again for the missing or partial refill. I've been on hold for 1.5 hours on my cell, and over 30 mins from my desk phone. Just listening to that robot letting me know that there are still more than 3 callers ahead of me. I AM DEAD! read more
