I called Jarvis Appliance for a refrigerator repair. The fridge was leaking water in front. The…read moretechnician visited, worked on the unit and stated that we would not see any more water on the floor. I paid $234 for this service. A few days later the water was back. I called and Jarvis scheduled a return visit 5 days later. The technician worked on the fridge again and felt confident that the issue had been resolved. Less than a week later, the fridge was leaking again in the same spot. I called to see what could be done and inquired about the warranty. I was told that there would be no refund because the technician came out and did the work. I stated so "even though the problem has not been fixed, you will not refund any portion paid." The Jarvis service representative confirmed this. So, be careful, there is no real warranty for service at Jarvis appliance.

The customer service was top tier--everything was explained clearly, they gave me multiple options, and made sure I understood exactly how the system worked before moving forward. No pressure, no confusion, just straight transparency. I had an automatic remote starter installed, and it was fully installed and ready to go within an hour. That alone deserves respect. The work was clean, efficient, and done right. The shop itself is clean and well-organized, and you can tell they operate with integrity. They take pride in their work and it shows. If you're looking for quality installation, honest service, and a team that actually knows what they're doing, Poptronics is the place to go. Highly recommend.

The guy that came to change the batteries on my car changed the warranty and the free replacement I had booked online and have spoken to the customer service agent on the phone and had gotten a quote on. When I told him I can call the lady back and he can speak to her or I can show it to him online he started packing his stuff and told me that doesn't exist and left. Either this service is a sham or they really need to work on training their staff on the ABC of customer service. I am a paying customer and you should always at least hear my side of the story & see how you can help me before you leave me stranded on the road with a dead battery on thanksgiving day! I would never suggest anyone to use those services and I'm telling all of friends and family to not use it as well.
