I was here today. Stopped in to have my car key fob battery change. It wasn't crowded. I had one person ahead of me. The gentleman that waited on me was very polite and honest. He had the battery replacement however, he could not get my key fob open. Although he tried he was not successful. I appreciated him being honest instead of trying to force it open and break it. He unfortunately had to suggest that I go back to my dealer. I would return to this place if I needed other batteries. Service was great. Sorry that I forgot to take a photo. Had a wonderful in-store experience with Frank on 7/31 and was convinced to buy a refurbished interstate battery, with a verbal guarantee of it lasting "at least a year," and if I had any problems, to just come and stop by. Was so pleased I even recommended them to friends and family! Well here I am 50 days later with a shot battery, and the in-store associate (did not catch a name, but unfortunately it wasn't Frank) saying there's absolutely nothing they can do. I was offered NO solutions, suggestions, or anything. I should have just spent my money elsewhere with a business that's willing to stand by their product, or at least be willing to discount a replacement. Would not recommend spending your money here. Still stand by Frank and him being a kind human being though. read more

This Battery Warehouse location sits right next to the Satyr Hill Cue Club. Pretty basic place but has everything you need along the way of batteries. I've purchased a battery for my cell phone that was extended life and paid a pretty fair price for it. Some items are deals, others you can find on Amazon for cheaper (if you're a Prime member) so just like anything, do your price comparison research first. My friend had raved about the Battery Warehouse and how he was able to get whatever kind of battery he needed. Well he may have stretched the truth a little, but it does have an assortment of batteries. It is a no frills kind of shop since this location was nowhere being near the size of a warehouse. Car batteries lie in the center of the store with marine batteries lining one wall and cell phone batteries lining another wall. Behind the counter, they have different size "watch" batteries as well as NiCad, NiMH, alkaline, etc. Service was decent and they had what we were looking for. read more

Battery Warehouse might not have all the batteries you could ever want, but service is excellent, prices are reasonable. Plus they can order whatever battery that isn't in stock. As you might or might not know, old batteries that have been sitting on the shelf for a long time do not work as well. I actually went for car battery cables, and Jack at the counter was nice enough to cut custom length wire and install the fittings for far below the going rate for precut cables online. A plus is that they use 100% pure American copper wire and pure copper fittings. It's a hidden gem for the do-it-yourself car audio guy. As another plus, they had Optima Yellow batteries competitively priced (~$20 above online price) but the install is free and same-day. read more

Purchased a battery this afternoon. When I got the battery home I discovered it was the wrong size. Took the battery back and asked for consideration for my expenses to return the incorrect battery. I was told by the manager that I should have checked the size prior to taking the new battery. I'm not the QA department for Battery Warehouse. The manager had a very bad attitude and was not customer oriented. They offered me a replacement with a senior discount which I should have received with the first sale. The service was unacceptable and I requested a full credit. I received terrible service and will not return to this company. I can't recommend this company read more
