Two words: Customer. Service. They are hidden away behind Branded 72, next to Stanley Steemer. Pretty small lettering on the shopping center sign on the highway. When I called to inquire about a new cell phone battery, they asked for the part number to be sure, then offered to order it for me. It came in the next day as promised. The price was a bit more than the cheapest online, much less than if ordered from Best Buy or Staples, and they still would have had to ship it. Steve, one of the owners, was minding the store, and would not ring it up until I had installed and tested it. Definitely worth the extra drive. read more

These guys are GREAT ! They KNOW batteries. I needed recommendations for my RV house batteries, I was switched from the cheap pair of 12 volt batteries it came with to the OPTIMA AGM (yellow deep cycle) because I had heard about how great they were. When those turned out to be no better I decided to go to someone who knows. They told me about the change in ownership of OPTIMA battery and the decline in performance. With their help I selected a pair of 6 volt batteries that have performed well. When I needed an chassis battery for that same RV it was a simple choice and much less expensive than the dealer. I checked the auto parts store later and found it was the same price for a lower quality battery with less of a warranty. When my car battery died I called the auto parts store where I got it (purchased before I found Battery Warehouse) since they told me at the time they were taking my money it had a warranty and they would have a record of the purchase if I couldn't find my receipt. Needless to say I couldn't find it and they had no record of the sale. While I was there I checked their price on replacements since I needed one anyway but this time I was headed back to the battery guys. Turns out they had the right battery and it was less expensive than the auto parts store, also with a better warranty. A no-brainer... if you need a battery these are the guys to see,,, read more

Yup, the snow storm of 2016 was coming and some moron, yup me, forgot to see if we had enough batteries incase we had a repeat of Snowmagedon. Yup, we needed batteries, I also needed to replace the Fios back up battery. This shop had everything I needed at a great price. I also love their funky collection of old flashlights and batteries. Especially since there is nothing particularly current posted for Battery Warehouse, I thought it could use an updated comment. I am delighted to say there has been no deterioration in the level of parts or service since the most recent previous review. Now that I am retired, my car doesn't get out and about as much as it used to, and we have had a run of roof rattling winds and unusually low "feels like" temperatures at the end of this year, so my battery went dead. Really dead. The owner was by himself on a brutally cold day just before the holiday, with a foyer full of people needing one kind of battery or another. Someone who had come in before me was told that he needed a new starter rather than a battery for his car, and that had to be replaced elsewhere. If he was feeling any stress, it never showed. In spite of all that, a new car battery was installed for me for a nominal fee within 30 minutes. It was a pleasure to deal with an honest company, and I am happy to recommend them for whatever kind of battery you may require. It IS an "as good as it gets" company! read more

Great prices and great customer service. My truck battery died and I went there on my sister's recommendation. I am glad that I did because I have not had such a positive experience at a store in a long time. Nice people. I got there maybe 40 minutes before they closed and Steve still was able to install a new battery for me - and it was no simple task. These guys are great - they won't sell you a battery if you don't need it. They took a lot of time to figure out the problem with my car. Realizing it wasn't he battery, but the alternator, they gave me a loaner battery and took mine and recharged it until i could get the alternator replaced. I highly recommend them - it's so hard to come by honest people when your dealing with car issues and these guys are outstanding. read more

I had just brought my new (used) car home the day before and it wouldn't start. I had it towed to a shop where they wanted to charge me $400 to put in a new battery. After looking through the car's repair records, I discovered the battery had just been replaced a year ago, and the warranty would still cover me to have the battery replaced. The car would not run, so I tried to find a way to get my car over to Battery Warehouse to have the free battery (covered under the 60 month warranty) put in. The shop would not let me take the dead battery out on their property, and they would not put in the new battery from Battery a Warehouse, because they don't "service parts they don't sell." What awful policies. I called Battery Warehouse several times throughout the day, trying to figure out the best way to get my car over there. I spoke with Steve, who was extremely helpful. He kept offering solutions, and the shop kept refusing to cooperate. In the end I decided to get a tow from the shop to Battery Warehouse. Steve let me deliver the car after hours, and then called the next day to let me know he had the car and expected the battery to arrive by Wednesday. He called on Wednesday once the battery was in and the car was running. I knew I was going to be late on Wednesday to pick up the car, but Steve stayed past closing so I could pick up my car. Steve made such an effort to make my life easier and stress-free. The customer service was amazing. I wish Battery Warehouse was also a repair shop!!! I have been buying from them automotive and specialty batteries since day one. They are located in the professional warehouse buildings that is right behind the Branded 72 Barbeque on the right side. They are fair priced, back their products, have long term relationships and it's like buying from friends. They know batteries inside out and never over sell you. Easy to do business and they are easy going worth my time and my dime. I have tired others in the past but that turned out to be a bad idea as the others did not back the products when needed. It was Saturday morning and the car battery was dead. I searched for a battery store on the internet and I noticed that there were a lot of companies that sell batteries. I called the BATTERY WAREHOUSE, since it was open and a few miles from me. I spoke to Jeff. Jeff verified that he had the battery in-stock that I needed. In addition, Jeff provided me quote for a new battery. After I arrived at the BATTERY WAREHOUSE, Jeff removed the dead battery and determined that it needed to be replaced. Jeff noticed that the dead battery was under the manufacturer's warranty. Jeff exchanged the dead battery for a new battery. Since the dead battery was under the manufacturer's warranty, he charged me nothing, nada, zilch etc for the new battery. Jeff's customer service and integrity was amazing.
