She recently acquired a new PC-to replace a ten-year old one, and asked me to please find some help for her to install it in her home. A2Z responded promptly to our request and, in just a brief visit to her home, the technician (Ari G.) configured her computer, connected it to the Internet, restored a lapsed email account, installed an anti virus program and several apps and shortcuts that she used regularly on her old computer. The next day, she told me thankfully that Ari completed all of these tasks successfully, that he was proficient, very kind and patient, that he explained what he was doing, and clear in his instructions in what she could safely do and not do with her new PC. She is very thankful and would recommend A2Z and Ari highly to anyone needing help of any kind with their computer.

My Windows computer was restarting constantly and couldn't be used, so I took it to the Computer…read moreTechnology Center. It had restarted so many times that some security feature was preventing all logins. First, they had to solve the login problem by cracking Windows security. Then they ran diagnostic tests that revealed RAM faults, requiring a new motherboard. In a few days, the new motherboard arrived, and now the computer is back home and working perfectly. This is the same sort of experience I've had before with the Computer Technology Center, so I was not surprised. Their office is open--they don't take your machine to another room. They'll do the diagnosis right in front of you. If the repair is simple, they'll make the repair while you watch. This openness gives one great confidence in their work. The price for the work was very reasonable. I hope I don't have another computer failure soon, but when I do, there's no question where I will go.
