I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with The Tech Mensch. They promised to provide me with a high-quality tech service, but instead, they scammed me out of my money. The service they provided was subpar and didn't even fulfill the basic requirements that they had promised to deliver. When I tried to reach out to their customer support team for help, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. They didn't seem to care about my concerns or offer any solutions to resolve the issue. In fact, they were quite dismissive and refused to take any responsibility for their failure to deliver on their promises. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with The Tech Mensch. They have proven to be a shady and untrustworthy company that's only interested in taking advantage of their customers. I knew Ari could fix any computer issue and that he regularly teaches others to better use their machines, but I didn't realize he was also a gifted website builder. Lucky me to find out that this is another Tech Mensch talent. Ari recently built the website for my new business. I asked him to use a specific Squarespace template and provided the text and images, but he did all the rest. He is super efficient, communicative, and a real pleasure to work with. He offers terrific ideas, about both design and functionality, along the way, and covers all the bases like linking the site to analytics aggregators and customized email and domain name. I used Yelp to find Tech Memsch. He arrived on time and was well prepared. I gave him an explanation of what I needed to accomplish. He understood perfectly and had experience with both my computers and scanner. It went very smoothly. I made mistakes in trying to set up my equipment myself. He fixed it all and made suggestions which I was happy to take. He worked for an hour and everything ran beautifully. He watched and prompted me while I practiced on the installed equipment. He was very intelligent, knowledgeable, oersonable, focused and patient. He listened and understood. I'm so glad. I found him. I'm reasonably competent in using my PC, but not very knowledgeable about cleaning or detecting and removing junk from it. Unbelievably Helpful! Ari, the Tech Mensch, was able to fix all of our home internet, computer, and Apple TV woes. He was able to set up a back-up system for our computers, ensure we had proper malware, got our wireless printer working, speed up our wifi by installing new equipment, and establishing our ethernet in a matter of a few hours.
