I am a junior in college and I have had my laptop for about 3.5 years now. It was running very slowly and it was extremely aggravating, but I had no idea just how bad it was. When I went to PCS, Stewart really saved my laptop! He cleaned it up completely, updated everything for me, made sure everything I wanted to keep remained on the computer, and the best part is that he continues to follow up with me via emails and nightly updates! I am the parent of a 31 year old quadriplegic son on life support. The use of our computers, both desk top and laptop are of vital importance. From a medical perspective the desk top it utilized to support the care of our son and the laptop is used in evening teaching to support the finances required to enable us to be able to continue to have our son live with us. Recently the desktop went completely down. I took the computer to Potomac Computer Services and within a little over 24 hours the computer was not only restored but greatly improved from the original purchase about 5 years. It was also discovered that the hard drive was about ready to go down and software that was on the computer was totally useless and missing the important software that the computer needed. I now have a computer than really backs up to the cloud and the instructional laptop has been backed up to passport hard drives. It will soon go in for a tuneup and additional work. Over these many years we have never experienced such professional computer experts and it is our intention to be with this company for many years to come.
