They then asked me why i was basically calling etc. Rude, not family owned quality and caring and clearly doesn't know the boating, battery world if they don't know who Miller tech is, and didn't care to make things right on the $385 battery that lasted only a year...I am shocked this company has been around this long with the lack of empathy, knowledge and attitude they gave me for wondering why my battery was testing bad. Spend the extra money and go with a well-known company like Miller tech. This company can see what they want but they didn't treat me nice and they didn't care that their product is clearly defective. All they cared was that it was a month after the warranty not that their product is garbage. I've had situations were something was that a warranty in the company carried so much that they made it right but this Company didn't care and I told him I would go with another company and they just said okay and hung up. Shame on them. I am surprised they've been in business this long but that doesn't prove anything really these days
