He had the battery replacement however, he could not get my key fob open. Although he tried he was not successful. I appreciated him being honest instead of trying to force it open and break it. The guy that came to change the batteries on my car changed the warranty and the free replacement I had booked online and have spoken to the customer service agent on the phone and had gotten a quote on. When I told him I can call the lady back and he can speak to her or I can show it to him online he started packing his stuff and told me that doesn't exist and left. Either this service is a sham or they really need to work on training their staff on the ABC of customer service. I am a paying customer and you should always at least hear my side of the story & see how you can help me before you leave me stranded on the road with a dead battery on thanksgiving day! I would never suggest anyone to use those services and I'm telling all of friends and family to not use it as well.

When I found Cal & Sharon and entered their storefront the first time, I knew I was in the right place to have my 1970's era Pioneer receiver recapped. Cal confirmed my belief when I showed him a part in my hand that I thought would be helpful and he simply looked at it and said, "that's not the right part but I can find it and it will be cheaper than you can get it." Repairing these is first a hunt for the parts that takes time but once Sharon called and told me they had all the parts, it was less than a month until I was picking it up. When I was picking it up I also learned they had a CD player for sale that I was interested in and they offered it at a great price so of course I bought it on the spot! I can't wait to reassemble my system with the repaired receiver and newly acquired 300 CD player plus the vintage turntable I acquired a year ago.
