Took my car here for a check engine light after pep boys told me a solenoid needed to be replaced and they couldnt do it. The owner Chris re-diagnosed the the problem and agreed a solenoid needed to be replaced. He charged me almost $800 dollars and when I picked the car up the check engine light was still on and I now had a completely flat tire. Chris tried to tell me the tire was probably already leaking before I dropped it off despite me having driven hundreds of miles with no issues over the last several weeks. We then discovered there was a nail now in the tire that one of his employees had driven over in their parking lot. They patched the tire and told me they would fix the problem. Chris calls me 2 days later saying now he thinks its just the wiring but it will cost another $600 dollars to fix. He stated its not his fault he didnt fix the problem correctly the first time since "I told him to fix the solenoid" even though he called me and said he diagnosed that as the problem as well. He finally fixed a wiring issue after a week of working on the car and charged an additional $600 because he could figure out the problem the first time. The professional thing to do would have been to correctly diagnose and fix the problem the first time like a competent mechanic instead of becoming defensive and blaming the customer and the charging them twice for your own incompetence. If I could give 0 stars I would TLDR: I asked this guy to fix a check engine light. He couldnt figure out the problem, blamed me, popped one of my tires and charged me twice. I will never go back. Please do not waste your money here.

They put all my info in their system and the computer will automatically send me a text when it's time for service and it calbrates it's notifications when it understands it's waiting too long or not long enough It learns to adjust. Work I needed was carefully explained especially when there is a cheaper route that they didn't recommend, and I was explained why the more expensive route was best and offered ways to complete the work over time, at my own pace if I didn't want to spend that much at once. I don't know much about rotors and even after just 1 visit, I had no doubt that what he was recommending was for value over cost and without hesitation, I went with their recommendations. That is what Ilike best! service is fast, and they are all super friendly and courteous and the prices are correct.

While working on that they found that i was leaking oil from a value cover and coolant from my Oil Cooler. I had been losing coolant for a while, just a lit bit, and no other shop could find the issue. update:: they crashed my car on a joyride got a ticket then charged me $1200 afterwards!!!!…read more they had my car hidden in the back behind the biggest trucks they had on the lot. i dropped my 2020 armada off at their shop for service . my car sat under camera for 2 days before it was seen because they were closed. it was last saturday evening when i dropped it off by mckinnley's towing after hours with no dents!! i picked my car up a week later after them telling me even though they just replaced my transmission 4 weeks ago 8k it should have been covered under warranty in the first place because i had the same exact issue as when i originally took it to them. they said no its not covered its your trottle body not the transmission. took it back for the same reason and they tell me it was actually something else 8k later. they charged me $1,251 and replaced the real issue. "they test drove my car plenty times and its now good to pick up" their exact words i still have the text. never mentioned the damage to my truck.when i get there they take my $1.2k paynent and made me walk to the back lot and find my car hidden between trucks bigger than mine. i jumped in and went straight to the gas station less than 3 minutes away when i get out i see a huge dent in the bumper of my truck like they backed into something or got into an accident. i went back fumming.... they laughed in my face claimed they had no idea what i was talking about. even though its clear on their camera and mine!!! they refused to show the camera footage of my truck said they dont have time and continued laughing at me. the most disgusting attitude for a situation they were responsible for.i called the police because for one i needed a police report and two i dint want to loose control of myself and have plenty witnesses.. i have my police report and video footage of my own.... i will see them in court update: my insurance company found them liable, and i also received a ticket that they got while taking my car for a joyride with messages to prove it was still in their possession when the ticket was recieved. i had to get my car detailed from all the sand in my truck after just having it detailed the friday before. i have no idea what they were doing with my car when they were suppose to be fixing it. this is your waring in big bold letters dont go there they will rip you off and damage you property with a smile on their face as they throw your keys across the desk for you to fetch like a dog. god is good
