I understand it's hard to get some parts but the worst part was constant excuses. Never an apology or any bit of sympathy that my car was out of commission for 6 months over barely $5k of damage. I give 2 stars because I got my car back fixed and in one piece. I'm sure shortages and long shipping times did have some sort of effect, but I know the shop was to blame as well. Another interesting tidbit is that they don't answer the phones after 2-3pm.

Trusted the shop because I knew one of the managers…read more After my car got broken into in April I brought it to Preston auto body of Dover and it sat for about 3 months with no updates (not one call the entire time) left exposed to weather without any crash wrap on my drivers side window, and was poorly cared for. When I finally got it back, the work was rushed and sloppy--vinyl color mismatch, vinyl bubbles all over the roof, scratches from removing my rear louvers, dents on passenger rear panel, loose seat cover, and a slice through my windshield molding. Promises to fix issues are potentially taking longer than a month, or pushed off entirely because now calls are never being returned by the shop manager after I brought all these issues to light. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
