They provide lunch every day, a break room with fridge, microwave, etc. The pay is fair and there are opportunities for advancement including positions that pay commissions to supplement hourly pay, in addition to daily tips for all employees. They work with employees around scheduling issues and are flexible about allowing employees to switch shifts with each other at their leisure. It's a shame that none of that is visible to William H from the outside looking in. My husband was like hon they missed a tire shine on your passenger front tire and there is long black grease line on the front of your hood.
