Receptionist was very friendly and informative. I was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly and it took them about 1.5 hrs from drop-off to pick-up. The waiting area is not bad either. The reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because I noticed afterwards, there were a few small bubbles on two of my rear tints. Although it's not too noticeable since it's in the corner, i just know it's there. read more

Awesome place. From the minute I called with questions about prices to setting up my appointment. This is a great family owned business. I spoke with Jeremy (I think) when I called in. Nice guy who was happy to answer all my questions. After choosing the film for the car they took the car back and started the process. The owner came out, super friendly. We had lots of convo regarding customer service and small business. As a small business owners we talked about the importance of being hard working, honest, customer service driven business owners. He has a great philosophy. The owners name is Abe. Great guy! They have a comfy waiting room, with wifi and a charging station for all of your electronic devices. The offer coffee and have a tv to help pass your time. He even gave me a coffee mug. ( not that it makes me review them differently) just pointing out...that this place is just awesome. ***Update*** As stated, I was very happy with previous visits to Accurate. Once again though, you're calling me a liar. You absolutely started off with " I don't know when the appointment was made" I'm assuming to pass off the lack of information as a new "COVID" caused situation. You then began to talk over me, became dismissive; cutting me off to say yes, you were told and ultimately hung up on me. The real issue that needs to be reviewed with your team is how to talk to your customers and not be an a$$. You can try to pass it off all you want with a bunch of irrelevant nonsense, but the real issue here is how you talk to people. The rest would have been water under the bridge if you had treated me decently. Wife went to have car tint done this morning. Was told upon arrival she would have to wait outside. I understand that at some businesses during this time, this is normal, but you should be told when making the appointment. Called to talk to management about how I was not pleased my wife is sitting outside on a bench in the 35 degree weather when nothing about waiting out side was mentioned when appointment was made. Accurate manager became dismissive, rude and basically called me a liar; that he had told me about waiting outside. You can't go from "I don't know when the appointment was made" to " I told you, I made the appointment" in the same breath... All I wanted to do was impress upon him how it would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have planned accordingly and that everyone should know ahead of time. I've went to accurate for at least 4 or 5 tint jobs and have been extremely happy up until this point. I'll gladly go out of my way to take my business elsewhere if this is the way you treat loyal customers. All you had to do was say ok and we would have been fine, but you had to be a prick. read more

Want to take a minute and just say thank you to Accurate Window Tinting. Not only did they do a fantastic job on my 2005 Sierra, they fit me in the same day. Going to class at Del Tech down the road, and living an hour down state i was looking for something to do in between my classes. Called them up and they were more the accommodating to get me in between my classes. Thank you to the gentleman who installed my tint (fellow Steelers fan) who came out and chatted about the draft. Driving back to NYC from Virginia Beach after picking up my new truck, i had to make a quick stop in the area of accurate window tinting. Believe it or not, my dog got sick, i went on yelp and found a vet. While waiting for the vet to treat our dog, I decided to also search for a auto graphics company. My new truck that I picked up in Virginia Beach is a commercial vehicle and NEEDED mandatory lettering on the driver and passenger doors. I called Jeremy at Accurate, explain to him the story and my requirements and my time constraint. He immediately recognized my situation, asked me for my graphics file and prepared my letting within one hour. I was at his shop and picked up my graphics and was back at the vet, all before the dogs treatment was complete. When I returned back to New York, I realized that the lettering was slightly smaller than I put in the digital graphics file. I contacted Jeremy and explained the mistake I made, without any hesitation he offered to reprint the lettering as send to me at no additional charge. I wish Jeremy and Accurate Window Tinting had an shop near me in NYC. Excellent customer service and amazing workmanship. Thank you again Jeremy & Accurate Tint & Graphics. Been here on several occasions with multiple vehicles. Recently scheduled 2 vehicles for same day (July 25). First vehicle was covered poorly so it had to be redone. Second vehicle was ok. As a result we were back and forth several times to this business and it took much longer than promised. At the time of check-out I was offered an inconvenience discount for my troubles. I didn't ask for one but it was a very nice gesture, UNTIL I was given the bill, which was a higher amount due than I owed based on my original quote for the 2 vehicles. So much for an 'inconvenience discount'. When I pointed this out, they would no longer honor their offer AND then they questioned the original quote as they "couldn't verify that amount." So now I'm apparently a liar. I've had a least 5 vehicles worked on here but NEVER again. Call me a liar and then pull back a discount I didn't even ask for. Great way to thank a formerly loyal, existing customer. Word to the wise: Make sure anything they quote you over the phone is verified in writing. read more

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Abe Rodrigues and Accurate Window Tinting. We had to replace 5 very large floor to ceiling window panels, 2 sets of French doors and 2 sets of 8 foot sliders all of which needed window tinting. The previous windows were tinted with Vista so we sought out Abe as he was listed as the local dealer. We knew nothing about him so asked for references. His references were almost too good to be true, but little did we know that he was even better than that! He arrived promptly to give us an estimate which was professionally done. The pricing seemed right so we signed on and ordered the film. Our job should have been simple with the windows ready for film in a month. Unfortunately, the windows kept arriving in incorrect sizes for the most part and had to be constantly reordered. Each time we finally had a correct window or door installed, Abe was more than happy to come by and install the film. What should have been one trip for him (from Dover to Rehoboth) , turned into many over a period of over 4 months as one or two correct windows would arrive needing film. He never, ever complained; just said to call him when the next window or door arrived and he would make time to install the window film. He was always on time, professional and did a perfect job. He never charged us a dime more for all the extra trips required because of the window supplier's errors; he just was always ready to accommodate us...with a smile and a perfect job! We could not have asked for more and cannot believe how lucky we were to have found Abe! We have already recommended him to several neighbors and are more than happy to give a recommendation to anyone looking for a true professional expert person to do window tinting!
