I found Fleming Automotive on Yelp and called to tell them about my car over heating, and that the coolant might have leaked out, because the body shop that repaired my car after someone hit me, said it was a coolant leak, & that it may be leaking from the line, or at the gasket. The guy I spoke with at Fleming said that the diagnostic would be $120, but if they fix it, it will be no charge for the diagnostic. Well, low and behold, the guy calls me and tells me that they can't fix my car. That it needs a $5 freeze plug to stop the leak, but that it may not be the only problem. I said, "I thought u guys were a repair shop?" He replied, "We are, but don't do the repairs for what you need". This infuriated me to no end! I feel like they didn't fix my car, cuz it would have been cheaper than them charging the diagnostic fee. Shady!!!! Fast forward to pick up day, the next day, the guy who I dropped my car off with and who told me it couldn't be fixed by them, wasn't there. This other guy cashed me out, and I asked him why they couldn't fix my car if they're a repair shop, he said...get this..."We specialize in BMWs". Can u believe this ish?!!!! I said "Why didn't the guy tell me that on the phone when I called?!" He shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to these shady ppl or recommend them. If you're looking for a good repair shop, please heed my warning and look elsewhere. I should have went with my instincts and went to my original repair shop, whose diagnostic was only $50. All of the good reviews for this place sure fooled me, but then again, it's mainly for window tint. Never again.... Also, the inside of the location is a red flag as well. It's really run down, & they also didn't put my cover back on my engine console where the oil and everything is. It's laying on the back seat..smh. Edit: In response to the business' comment - I have NEVER tried to file a claim with Geico. Geico towed my vehicle from the body shop, after my collision damage was fixed, over to Fleming, because they said I'm entitled to one tow per accident. I'm curious to know where your investigation came from..smh. Honesty is the best policy..always! read more

I have no complaints, I messaged through yelp for a quote, received several quotes and their quote was right in line. I communicated that I was in a rush and need repairs done by a certain time and they delivered. I received a routine spark plug change for my Acura and they provided parts. Their are several part shops close by the shop so it's really easy to have them order parts. Luther the technician seems very knowledgeable and you want that in a mechanic. If you are looking to be wow'd by a state of the art facility, this wont be your place BUT if you are looking to tint your windows and need quality workmanship and product, guys who know their business well, and good prices, then I would definitely recommend this place. They take cash only, are very very quick to respond to any inquiry and are a great group of guys handling their business. I may even go back for some tires when I'm ready.
