First they gave extremely clear explanations of the different tints, and followed up with clear answers when you asked questions, which is always a huge plus. Second, I was on a time crunch and even though I messaged them the day before I was trying to get in, and they were full up they had me drop off the car so they could work on it for me. The only negative thing I have to say is that it appears they lost the emissions sticker to my vehicle, not sure how I am going to deal with that back in my state but it'll get figured out at some point.
