They provide lunch every day, a break room with fridge, microwave, etc. The pay is fair and there are opportunities for advancement including positions that pay commissions to supplement hourly pay, in addition to daily tips for all employees. They work with employees around scheduling issues and are flexible about allowing employees to switch shifts with each other at their leisure. It's a shame that none of that is visible to William H from the outside looking in. I am happy to work for westside car wash and in the future if I move on I will be thankful for the experience of working for Mr Vic and his family.

Of course management is stating it's not their fault, of course, and are not taking responsibility! I'm letting everyone know do not go there if you don't want scratches, sticky stuff or chipped paint! Go to Tommy's Car wash you will be better off! I don't want anything from them because I can take care of my own stuff but folk need to be warned before going there and they were nasty about it!!! No they didn't throw paint on my car but their equipment inside needs to be upgraded big time! As much as they charge they don't even clean your car good! Half wipe down and misses visible spots! The actual manager had to come out and wipe the sticky stuff off my doors Smh!!!! Avoid Coastal car wash!!! I have posted on all social media pages!

This car wash offers both an automatic wash bay and several hand wash tunnel bays (three in total)…read more You can choose whichever option you prefer. To use the automatic wash, simply follow the entry path to the front, select your wash option at the left entrance kiosk, and pay by card or cash. Once the door opens, pull in and stay parked while the system handles everything -- water spray, wax, and cleaning -- all in one go. After the wash, you'll need to dry your car yourself, and you can also use the vacuum stations right outside for an additional fee. The facility is clean, spacious, and easy to use. With plenty of bays and convenient access, I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

This clear view location is a great spot for a car wash. There isn't a car wash in this area (in…read moresight) for blocks and blocks, therefore it truly serves a need for the community. This location (as there are several in the Dover area), is neat, tidy and the machines always work. As with most self serve washed like this, there are two ports for cars, therefore it is rare to wait for a car to get finished. They also have enough garbage cans for you to clean the inside of your car. They have competitive pricing for the area and the postings are visible upon entering the driveway as well as when you get to the entrance of the car wash. They have a setting for rainex (which I love) in case it rains I am always glad I paid the few extra bucks so that the rain can run right off of the car and it still looks clean. I do wish the section of the wash had a longer cycle for drying the car. It really goes fast and it never dries all of the car. This is my one gripe, but is not a deal breaker when I need to get my car washed quickly. Have washing!!!!

The wash failed to remove even the most obvious dirt--bird droppings were still stuck on the car, and pollen remained all over the surface. It also left streaks and water spots across the windows and body. Compared to Tommy's Express, there's no competition. Tommy's actually gets bird poop off the vehicle and leaves it looking clean--every time. ModWash didn't even come close. On top of that, their lack of a proper app or easy account management system just adds to the frustration. Save your money and go somewhere that actually delivers on what they promise.
