Worst crash wash I ever got , they were so rude and my car looked worst then before it went in the wash

Talk about an upscale car wash, this is like none I've seen in Detroit. One person ran the establishment and my car was just as shiny. The price is definitely competitive for what you want. The also have free vacuum as you exit the wash. read more

I would give it to 3 stars but their customer service and safety on site are terrible! After a snow storm Tommy Express decides to not clean the snow from above the vacuum area!?!? Not only is this a safety issue but can cause personal damage to your vehicle! Steve H. the manager needs to be fired for his terrible customer service skills! After my issue thats is when the manager Steve H. sends someone out to the vacuum area to remove the snow!?!?! Steve H. needs to be fired! Since Tommy Express is a franchise setup any issues has to be done through the owner Steve H. and if he does not want to do anything it is up to him to fix it or have your insurance company fight with them! So if you get hurt or any damages you better lawyer-up quick! Steve H. wanted all my information but gave me no information! Not a great company! This is a great concept for a car wash , the equipment they use is so thorough that by the time your finished you don't need 5- 6 guys to dry it off, I got " The Works " and my car was shining like a brand new Penny when I was done , the interior is done by the customer using very powerful vacuum cleaners , they are included in the price, I think it's a great deal read more

Due to this car wash being in a low income area, I have had two conversations in two days, trying to use the vacuums from the owner, which was not helpful, and stated the community was burning out the motors on the vacuums and he communicated. You had to download an app to vacuum, half the vacuums to work, had four vacuums turned on which all had cars and it's Saturday !!! I have the app I am a member I pay $$38.99 which I have just canceled. do yourself a big favor, stay as far away from this car wash as possible you will only leave angry! read more

The reason for my 1 start is because they ate still charging my card. I used their services only 3 times. Twice I paid for the $19 service and one of them was free. I never signed up for their service only the free 30 days that they offer, and surprising my credit card I fo was already added to their app! The free 30 service ended weeks ago and I'm still seeing charges on my account!. As for the car wash it's good enough when you can't wash your car by hand in the cold months. It does not get everything clean like my car Emblem still be dirty, my rims and the roof of my car always seem to have water spots and on my side mirrors too. If customers are getting services for free why are still charging their accounts after the fact? Not good. That is why I will never use your service again. read more

I would give this review zero stars if possible. Twice now I have been charged for a car wash at this location despite never having visiting the location. The first time I was reimbursed and was told it was likely someone had a similar license plate to my own and they were sorry about the mistake and refunded my account. It happened again today and when I called to let them know it was impossible for me to have visited the location as I was in a different state at the time of purchase, I was told that it was impossible and their was nothing they could do. After calmly trying to explain the situation and how it's not possible and inquiring for video footage the associate and assistant manager irately told me there is they nothing they could do, refused to further assist me, told me to cancel my subscription and dispute the transaction with my credit card, and hung up on me. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a company. I have canceled my subscription, requested my account be closed and this company will never have my business again. Buyer beware. read more
