I didn't have a ride back so the owner was kind enough to offer me a ride home when I dropped off my truck. Liz updated me on the progress of the repair and when the work would be completed. I would highly recommend Keyes Automotive to anyone who is looking for an honest, friendly repair shop with affordable pricing, and exceptional service! Thank you Ryan, Liz, and team!

This was an incredible experience from start to finish. I used Yelp's project tool to look for a…read moremechanic that had availability for a same-day brake and rotor replacement. I had a road trip coming up the next day and this was a true emergency. I took a chance on Keyes because of their close proximity and availability. Ryan messaged me back within 5 minutes of my inquiry asking to call for a consultation. We messaged back and forth and I was quoted a reasonable amount initially. I was able to drive over to the shop within 30 minutes of our consultation. When I arrived, Ryan greeted me and showed me where to drive my car. He is so personable and friendly and truly wants his customers to understand what services need done ASAP and which ones can wait until/before inspection. I opted for some additional filter replacements because he showed me the physical filters and explained why they were bad. He let me know my car most likely needed some additional services that would be needed to pass inspection and let me know it didn't need to be done today. He let me know how much those services would cost parts and labor wise, but he also let me know the time needed to repair that service as well. Marty, the mechanic working on my car, did not wait to begin working and checking for additional issues once it was lifted. He was extremely quick and knowledgeable. He is extremely communicative and overall from the initial consultation to the end result, I was only out about 3 hours (our chat, the drive, and the service itself). I will be screaming about Keyes from the rooftops and recommending every family member and friend to come to them for any car issues. Thank you again! Cannot recommend them enough. (for reference: I drive a 2016 Mazda CX-5. I was looking for brake replacement and left with a brake, rotor, cabin filter, and oil change, all of which we're desperately needed) They accept tap-to-pay as well as card!

Milana Auto Group - A Mechanic You Can Trust for Life…read more Milana Auto Group 303 7th Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19805 302‑513‑2316 Hours: * Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM * Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM I have been going to Milana Auto Group for several years, and I can honestly say this is the best mechanic I have ever had. From my very first vehicle to the one I drive now, Ozzy has been the only person I trust to look at my cars. Every time I've bought a new vehicle, I brought it straight to him because I know he will give me the truth and nothing but the truth. What makes Ozzy different is his character. No matter how busy he is, if I stop by with a concern, he always listens to what I'm saying, and takes the time to explain what's going on. That kind of patience and kindness is rare. Recently, I was going through a lot personally, and on top of that, my car suddenly showed a warning saying "battery power is reduced." I was scared to even drive it. I went straight to Ozzy. He came outside, looked at everything, and instantly knew what the problem was. When he told me the price, I was shocked--but then he said something I will never forget: "As a goodwill courtesy, I'll take care of it." Who does that? Tell me--what mechanic does that in 2026? I dropped the car off the next day, went to work, and a few hours later he called to say it was DONE. What should have cost me around $1,000 ended up costing me nothing because he saw I was struggling and chose to help. That is the kind of man he is. Not to mention his staff--especially the gentleman I believe is his brother. They are all respectful, honest, and genuinely good people. They treat you like family, not like a dollar sign. Ozzy literally saved my vehicle. I was driving around with an issue that could have blown my head gasket at any moment, and with one look he knew exactly what was wrong. His knowledge is unmatched, and his heart is even bigger. For all the women out there who are tired of dealing with shady, dishonest mechanics--this is the place you want to go. Ozzy is upfront, patient, and explains everything clearly. No games, no tricks, no runaround. I will never take my car anywhere else. He has earned a customer for life. If you're looking for a mechanic who truly walks the walk and talks the talk, Milana Auto Group is the only name you need. Thank you, Ozzy. May God continue to bless you with many more customers, because you deserve every bit of success that comes your way. L.
