I understood because I personally haven't taken the time to take care of my car all these years. He was able to apply wax though. The car looked so shiny and clean. Unfortunately, this tends to hold true for a lot of places but not at Flash Mobile Detailing. She told me about how great the customer service was and I was personally impressed by how soon they were able to get her into the schedule. My mother's Mercedes has always been kept in good condition, but over the years her headlights started to accumulate severe oxidation and hazing on the exterior. Out of the box solutions I applied either worked temporarily or not at all. I heard about the quality of work that Flash did from other friends in the car scene and honestly this was our last resort. If after this appointment, there was little or marginal improvement, I was just going to look into how much two new ML350 headlight assemblies would cost. This is obviously something I'd rather not expense, but visibility and headlight performance were so poor at night I felt as though it was a hazard for my mother and others on the road. You can't drive safely if you can't see where you're going or if others can't see you! My mother dropped her car off and waited while the team worked. She said they worked quickly, but paid attention to detail and made sure the job was done correctly the first time.
