I had a terrible experience with Henry's Mobile Mechanic. He came to my home because my panoramic…read moresunroof on my 2018 C43 AMG was stuck in the tilt position after a recent battery change. Before Henry touched my car, the sunroof would at least open all the way but would get stuck when closing. Henry hooked up a diagnostic tool and kept manipulating the sunroof. He managed to get the sunscreen to close but not the actual sunroof. A couple of days later, I realized the sunroof wouldn't open at all anymore after he worked on it. To make matters worse, I later noticed he had loosened a screw on the sunroof and didn't even tighten it back. I contacted him to come back and fix what he made worse, and at first, he said he would--but then gave me the runaround. I paid him $95 and even tipped $20, and now my sunroof is in worse condition than before. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

They recommended to keep an eye on it but was not critical. They did mention that the front bearings need to be replaced and described the sound I've been hearing for sometime that was getting progressively worse. My normal shop "diagnosed" and said they couldn't "replicate" the noise...for $100. I also brought it to the tire shop where I purchased numerous sets of tires and they too couldn't "replicate" the issue...on every tire rotation. I decided to get the work done and the truck rides quiet and smooth. I was seriously considering getting a new truck...not now. Thanks Angel!

James and his team have earned my…read morehighest recommendation and my family's business for life. They recently handled a repair for my son's car, which we all anticipated would be complex and very expensive. The level of service and transparency was phenomenal: they communicated constantly via texts and phone calls, and even sent videos which made the entire process clear and understandable. The real integrity came when they started the work. Instead of proceeding with the costly repair we had discussed, they quickly discovered it was just a simple tightening issue. They were honest and forthright, saving me a huge amount of money. This isn't just great service; it's a blessing. If you want a garage that is honest, communicative, and simply top-notch, go to Little's Garage.

No matter how much prep you do for your vehicle you always forget something for me it was brakes. Specifically my rear brakes and an oil change. Working a 6/10 schedule and only having Sundays off isn't conducive to getting work down on your car. But I called peak performance and talked to Vince. We scheduled the appointment ahead a few days and I was able to get my car in. Their technicians knocked out the short laundry list of stuff on my car quickly and at a good price. I didn't lose my transportation for more than a couple hours and they even told me about a future problem they'd be happy to take care of another day. It's always a gamble on the road finding a good reputable shop with good customer service and quality techs. Peak performance is one of those good shops.

A brake line they fabricated blew and almost caused an accident when the pedal went to the floor so I had it towed back there. They wanted to charge for the tow until I reminded them it was warranty ahd a liability issue. They fixed the line and said it would be another $750 IF they could find the part. I told them to forget it, bought a rebuilt part on the internet and took it to Ronnie. He replaced the other wheel hub that Pep Boys said was fine after they replaced the speed sensor TWICE and put the module on that I ordered. Articles all over the internet, DON'T replace the wheel speed sensors, replace the whole hub if you want it to work! After Ronnie was done with it, no brake light, no ABS light, no sickening feeling when the ABS kicks on inappropriately on hard dry pavement and kills the brakes unexpectedly.
