They are the preeminent supplier of tires for fleets, tune-ups (for Newark & Dover Delaware & Salisbury Maryland), and any suspension issues like caster, camber, toe angles. They are experts in CV joints, axles, drive trains, wheel bearings, brakes, etc. For example: I needed a tire for my girl friend's GMC Envoy. They checked it and said the other side was pretty worn so I looked and agreed. They suggested putting the new tires on the rear (and patiently explained the science to do so). Looking at my rear tires, we discovered that they also were worn beyond all hope. I decided to get 4 new tires (at a price I anticipated for just 2). I left while they were in process and shortly got a call from Tom the Newark manager. He asked if I wanted to go through with the purchase given that there were so many issues needing attending to (there's integrity). The list included rear seal motor leakage, front seal leakage, front wheel differential leakage (in both the left side and the rear), driver side front tire CV joint boot ruptured and axel bearing shot, pitman arm and idler arm loose/worn Mounting Brackets, Bushings, Bolts and Nuts, Washers, and Spacers (for proper alignment gaps), and a host of other suspension issues. Immediately listed the issues and sold the vehicle. I am a super satisfied customer of many vehicles. Note: I live in a very hilly area in Landenberg and use 4-wheel in the winter. Never had an issue getting through for decades now with the incredible grip/wear tread of the many sets of tires for the many different vehicles I have owned (and my dear sweet wife when she was here on this planet). Two months later the rear on my car was really almost to the ground. Louis charged me twice for the same repair he used an after market airbag shock, and that it would take two weeks to get a replacement for the defective airbag shock, and he said he could not find the e mail he sent me to purchase the air bags. so I had to pay twice for the part and the labor. He called me back and told me he rescanned it and it wasn't the strut that it was the airbag he misdiagnosed my car again. I picked up the car and two days later the rear of the car was down. I went back and he I will check it out but it could be something else. Lewis installed a new compressor for my suspension, new regulator, lines and brand new bags. What else could it be? I think Louise spins the roulette wheel and wherever it stops. That's what he does. Shame on you louie. I have alarted repair shops in the area not to sent people to Euro Tech.
