I was charged a diagnostic fee and told they could not find an issue and sure enough the next day my car died. It was the battery the whole time and they admitted they never checked my battery. They refused me a refund and Bill laughed at my frustation. After three visits, I was repeatedly given uncertain explanations with no clear answers. This dealership is a scam, they lack accountability, thorough diagnostics, and customer care. I strongly recommend you go anywhere else.
