So, I put my skepticism about gas station food aside, remembering you can actually find good food anywhere- from a Michelin starred restaurant to a unknown hole in the wall- and decided to try it! Well! I'm impressed. Now I couldn't and wouldn't eat it very often because unfortunately fried chicken isn't healthy enough to be added to my daily menu but if it was?! This would be the place to get it. It was tender, juicy, crispy and tasty. What more do you want from fried chicken?! Beats most fast chicken places- scratch that - it beats all of them. It's also basically a convenience store/gas station. Store was large and clean and sold a variety of items. They sell a lot of store brand items. I bought a mint dark chocolate bar that was good and I was able to read and identify all of the ingredients which is always a good thing. We used them years ago and encounted some problems with service then. We switched to a Walgreens and were much happier with their pharmacy. When Walgreens stopped accepting Tricare, we started to switch back to Rite Aid, but encounted so much difficulty in the process, we didn't follow through. I started going to Bayard Pharmacy, and they have been wonderful. Comment Added after Rite Aid reply below: Dear Rite Aid. I stood at the counter in your store for 12 minutes without being acknowledged. When the Pharmacist finally came over and I asked about switching, he was curt and uncaring. I advised him at the time that I was unhappy with the exchange...he should have handled it then and there. Calling a 1-800 number and listening to recorded messages is not customer service. I will not call you but you are welcome to call me if you'd like.
