This is my first time back since switching back to them and I'm thinking maybe the depression isn't as bad as dealing with Walgreens is... They call to say my meds haven't been picked up... would have been cool to know they were ready!!! Now I'm calling and no one answers. Always says they're busy. If you can't handle the customer load then maybe make some changes, don't just keep doing the same old thing knowing it isn't working for the customers!

An hour and 8 minutes into the call, when I picked up my meds at the pharmacy. I was still on hold. So I mentioned I had been hiking over an hour so maybe their phone wasn't working. The gentleman informed me in no uncertain terms that the phones were working but they were busy. To be exact, he said, "Every hand in here is working, we don't have time to answer the phone".

Based upon these races, I decided to go to a 7-eleven. The reviews were correct!!!!! If you haven't been to 7-eleven in years, you will find it to be quite surprising (as I did). I like to pop into this location to grab a quick snack such as an all beef hot dog, chips, candy, you name it! I am a junk food junkie and this place keeps in the game of junk food!!!!! Lol :). We used them years ago and encounted some problems with service then. We switched to a Walgreens and were much happier with their pharmacy. When Walgreens stopped accepting Tricare, we started to switch back to Rite Aid, but encounted so much difficulty in the process, we didn't follow through. I started going to Bayard Pharmacy, and they have been wonderful. Comment Added after Rite Aid reply below: Dear Rite Aid. I stood at the counter in your store for 12 minutes without being acknowledged. When the Pharmacist finally came over and I asked about switching, he was curt and uncaring. I advised him at the time that I was unhappy with the exchange...he should have handled it then and there. Calling a 1-800 number and listening to recorded messages is not customer service. I will not call you but you are welcome to call me if you'd like.
