Now that Rite Aid is going out of business my local options are here or CVS. I stopped using these options because my prescriptions are always messed up. This is my first time back since switching back to them and I'm thinking maybe the depression isn't as bad as dealing with Walgreens is... They call to say my meds haven't been picked up... would have been cool to know they were ready!!! Now I'm calling and no one answers. Always says they're busy. If you can't handle the customer load then maybe make some changes, don't just keep doing the same old thing knowing it isn't working for the customers! read more

My current situation: on hold 25 minutes and 20 seconds listening to a recording "I'm sorry to keep you waiting but all of our staff are assisting other customers...there are two callers ahead of you." I appreciate you're busy but it's ridiculous that for more than a half hour there have been two callers ahead of me and no one can answer the phone. Then there was one caller ahead of me. An hour and 8 minutes into the call, when I picked up my meds at the pharmacy. I was still on hold. So I mentioned I had been hiking over an hour so maybe their phone wasn't working. The gentleman informed me in no uncertain terms that the phones were working but they were busy. To be exact, he said, "Every hand in here is working, we don't have time to answer the phone". read more

Whichever 3 ladies are working tonight 5/3 at 830 they're the absolute sweetest ever. If you're their manager give them the highest praise. 2/3 of them have talked to me before & are so inviting and friendly. I remembered both of them coming into the store again tonight. The 3rd girl looked like she was from the pharmacy but we just stood & had a sweet convo at the photo counter. Love them & I love Walgreens. I should've asked names but it's a maybe 30/40 year old lady with glasses & brown curly hair behind the counter, a 20 something year old with brown hair & pink eyeshadow & then another 20 something year old with brown curly hair & a blue pharmacist outfit on. This pharmacy is terrible! Had two RX sent to this location. Waited extremely long line. Pharmacy Technician seemed to not know what she was doing (young girl, red hair) told us she didn't see it and to come back in an hour. We got breakfast and came back, waited in another long line, saw the actual pharmacist (dark hair, mustache). He told us she (pharmacy technician) didn't put in my daughters profile and it would be another hour. No apologies, just an oh well. I called the doctor and let them know and to try to send it in once more, just in case. My daughter needs the RX because her infection was so bad (MRSA) it may be in her bloodstream. Went back and the pharmacy was closed down for break! Asked the Walgreens manager (overweight white guy) was the pharmacy closed and he had an attitude and said very stern NO! They never told us they close down and take the break. Now we have waited over 3 hours. Went back in to watch the same pharmacist come back in 3 minutes late from break and still waited in another long line. Not sure why they are so unorganized, to not have separate lines for people that are picking up/checking in, seeing that they have plenty of staff! It's one long line for everything! After waiting for 15 minutes the lady at the counter (overweight lady with blonde hair) said yeah we are working on it with an attitude because they just came back from lunch and would not tell us a time. She finally said with attitude 10 -15 minutes. I've never been to a pharmacy that is so unorganized, confused, and unapologetic. I will never come back to this pharmacy or this Walgreens and I advise everyone to do the same! My review is actually zero stars, extremely terrible. read more

The pharmacy sucks in every way you could think of. I'm not sure how many people if at all decided to go to Walgreens and make a formal complaint. I'm sure there's enough to go around for them to pay attention to the fact the service back there is bottom of the barrel. I understand things get backed up sometimes, but for it to be on a daily basis for the entirety of the time they're open is just ridiculous. read more

Went looking for diabetic test strips for a friend in need. Waited to ask pharmacy tech where to find them. Was directed to adjacent shelf. Couldn't find the correct brand. I took one of each on shelf, and waited in line 15 minutes to ask the same pharmacy tech if either of the boxes would work. He said no, turned around, and returned with the correct ones. So some are in the back on the pharmacy shelves, and some are out on shelf. Why wouldn't that be the answer when I asked the first time?? read more

This Walgreens is garbage the line for the pharmacy is ALWAYS long with long wait time. They need better pharmacists or better training, this is ridiculous. This place is donkey. read more

Looking for a pharmacy to buy your medicine? This is not the one!!!! Sadly I join the many other reviews that state how bad this place is run and I am referring specifically to the pharmacy. Only when I arrived at 8 am did I not have to wait in a very long line. Drive-through is no better. Everything behind the counter seems in chaos and as I stood in line today I watched the frenzied searches for the envelopes with the prescriptions. Can't explain why there is always such a long line even with 2 folks at the counter. Have decided to move all my prescriptions to another pharmacy and be done with this place. read more

Customer service is absolutely horrendous. A visit on phone or in person gets you the same treatment. Their "system" doesn't remember an order i put in two days ago, and now it's almost impossible to talk to anyone about it. It always feels like they're just screwing you. And they are. read more

Pharmacy issues. long lines and it takes too long to get prescription refilled after doctor calls it in.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to talk to someone about a prescription. Which understandable. Busy. But they called us back saying it can be ready in 5 minutes. Pharmacist swears she called us over head and I know she didn't (Johanna) because we were on a timed schedule and were waitng by the window to be called. She caught a nasty attitude and kept walking away. The people even working back there saw us waiting near them. And knew what our order was. They just kept looking at us. Awful customer service and shame to the pharmacist. Shouldn't be back there if she can't one be nice. Two admit she's wrong and made us wait over an hour for nothing. Shame on you Johanna. read more

Another unhappy experience. Pharmacists and their help are rude and are in some serious need of professional development. Their communication ways need improvement also. My prescription was for a glucagon gun and they didn't stock one. They special ordered it if it ever came in, no one or any method of communication notified me. My doctor gave me a prescription for a relaxer for prior to a procedure . Medicare wanted more information and instead of offering me the option to pay the full price of $10.00 for the pill, I was notified 3days after the procedure that my script was ready for pickup. Guess they can only find help from 3rd world countries so they can have a pharmacy on every corner. Never mind how the customer is served, it's all about how many they can make unhappy. read more
