Giving them 2 stars because they do a military discount & help with global immunizations for impoverished countries. Otherwise it would be 1 or zero if that were even a possiblity. I got a call from urgent care that today that my culture came back with an infection I needed antibiotics for. They confirmed this was my pharmacy. I went to urgent care on Friday and they said it was just a virus. I thought I had a uti but that looked okay until the culture results came back. So because I'm sick as a dog and don't want to wait in line on a Sunday, I called the store, used their automated service that specifically said it would be ready to pick up after 4:45 PM. I did this around 3:00 PM. Not feeling well, I pulled up to the drive thru at 5:00 pm and the woman straight up lied to me. She said it was just called in and I would need to wait 20 minutes. Why do you even have a phone service then? Seriously? I could of understood if she didn't lie and perhaps explained that they got busy or anything but a total fabrication. Don't bother making an appointment for your vaccines. They have no concept of time except their meals and breaks. I am still sitting for my appointment 15 minutes beyond the actual appointment time and they haven't even gotten the vaccine out of the fridge but darned if one of the 2 cashiers didn't walk out on her break. This pharmacy has always stunk but it continues to get worse with each visit. Time to switch pharmacies!!! read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Been on hold for almost an hour with "one called ahead" of me. My fiancé needs his inhaler or his lungs will seize and we tried to fill a two weeks ago and was told it was too soon to pick it up. DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY HERE! I have been waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes. I finally pull up to the window and I'm told they are short staffed and it will be another 10 minutes before she can help me. Her attitude was one of indifference. There are 10 cars behind me. I can't drive off because I need my prescription. This is unacceptable because it's not the first time I had to wait. This Walgreens is built like all of the Walgreens in this area (and most of the others). You can get almost anything from Walgreens. For my NY folks, this is Duane Reade (smile). Walgreens is a great store as if you have a cellphone, you can get tons of points and get quite a lot of cash back!!!! I get cash back just for walking & buying my regular products from them. I love that! Just last week I got $35.00 cash back for previous purchases. I normally hold all of my points to buy household essentials. This Walgreens is equipped with a Pharmacy that has a drive thru window, Photo Shop and Western Union. This location also has an extensive frozen food section that I really like. I am only giving this location 2 stars for the following reasons: 1). They are generally not at a register, so you do not know which register to check out from. 2). When you go to the Pharmacy, they have you telephone number and yet you still have to tell them to use your discount card (that is connected to your card). 3). There has never been a time that I have not had to wait A VERY LONG time for them to refill my prescription, or to wait in a line. I can be exhausting if you do not feel well. 4). The Pharmacy customer service stinks! They are not friendly. I fault management for this as this staff seems overwhelmed. I could go on.....but who has time? There is a location in Dover that I prefer, but had to come to this location this time to have filled as it was on my way home :( read more

Consistently the worst pharmacy I've ever seen. To be clear, I only go there to drop off/pick up prescriptions for my 80 y/o mother who refuses to change pharmacies. I myself would never contribute a dollar to this joke of a business. Dropping off a prescription? Hope you have 30 minutes to wait in line. Picking up? Same thing. If they can even find it. There is no time of the day you won't wait 30 minutes in line. And God help you if you actually want to drop off your prescription and wait for it. Be ready to sit there an hour and a half. The staff are the most frustrating, slow, unintelligent people I've ever had the horror to witness. They're so disorganized they usually have to search for 5-10 minutes before they find your prescription. To summarize, steer clear of this place and save yourself lots of time and frustration read more

I give this pharmacy and Walgreens 1 star due to the inability to give it 0. This is the most poorly ran pharmacy I have ever been to and I have lived in multiple states. They are dealing with people's lives here and all you get is "I am sorry for the inconvenience". If you can not manage this part of your operation maybe you shouldn't offer it. read more

No matter if you go in our use the drive thru the wait is always ridiculous. They are out of stock on common medications frequently. The staff seems to make an effort but it is just not good enough. No matter how much you complain to management, complete the survey or contact corporate it doesn't get any better. I have waited in line for over an hour just to talk to someone several times. read more
