This is my first time back since switching back to them and I'm thinking maybe the depression isn't as bad as dealing with Walgreens is... They call to say my meds haven't been picked up... would have been cool to know they were ready!!! Now I'm calling and no one answers. Always says they're busy. If you can't handle the customer load then maybe make some changes, don't just keep doing the same old thing knowing it isn't working for the customers!

I appreciate you're busy but it's ridiculous that for more than a half hour there have been two callers ahead of me and no one can answer the phone. Then there was one caller ahead of me. An hour and 8 minutes into the call, when I picked up my meds at the pharmacy. I was still on hold. So I mentioned I had been hiking over an hour so maybe their phone wasn't working. The gentleman informed me in no uncertain terms that the phones were working but they were busy. To be exact, he said, "Every hand in here is working, we don't have time to answer the phone".

Based upon these races, I decided to go to a 7-eleven. The reviews were correct!!!!! If you haven't been to 7-eleven in years, you will find it to be quite surprising (as I did). If you have been lately, it is the same store as you last remember :) This location is convenient and very neat and tidy. I like to pop into this location to grab a quick snack such as an all beef hot dog, chips, candy, you name it! I am a junk food junkie and this place keeps in the game of junk food!!!!! Lol :). This is your typical, friendly neighborhood, corner convenience store. They have pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers and so much more for snacks. If you are traveling, this is a great location as you can stop off, grab a snack and get back on the road to head to the beaches! The employees always seem to be courteous, seem to care about answering your questions and care enough about this location to keep it very clean. OMG I can't gargle fast enough. This is the first time this has happened, and it will be the last time because I'm no longer eating there. We used them years ago and encounted some problems with service then. We switched to a Walgreens and were much happier with their pharmacy. When Walgreens stopped accepting Tricare, we started to switch back to Rite Aid, but encounted so much difficulty in the process, we didn't follow through. I started going to Bayard Pharmacy, and they have been wonderful. Comment Added after Rite Aid reply below: Dear Rite Aid. I stood at the counter in your store for 12 minutes without being acknowledged. When the Pharmacist finally came over and I asked about switching, he was curt and uncaring. I advised him at the time that I was unhappy with the exchange...he should have handled it then and there. Calling a 1-800 number and listening to recorded messages is not customer service. I will not call you but you are welcome to call me if you'd like.
