When I brought the car in they told me they would not honor the sale, even though it was still posted on their website. Steve was very knowledgeable about the different products and tint levels and did a great job explaining things. When I got in my car many of the dash warning lights were on, initially I couldn't figure out why until I went back in and Steve explained to me that the battery died during the installation and the car had to be jumped and that they should turn off eventually, which they did. read more

Anything but professional. Save yourself the frustration. Install the wrong film and blamed film manufacturer. I guess the TVL meter on the counter wasn't working properly . States that the film not being in direct contact with the glass is acceptable. Wanted 3 hours to remove 2 week old tint that I was having removed. Full of excuses. Do your research. The good reviews seem to outnumber the bad but it has been my experience that the bad reviews are more accurate. I would be interested to see how many experience the symptoms of a poor install after their initial install. I believe 3M produces a quality film but a quality product can be ruined by a poor or incompetent installation. I will accept that I lost money on this install and move on to a quality tint installer. Someone made me happy GotShadeOnline. Don't need anything for free. Just want want I pay for. I find it to be untruthful that you were willing to remove the tint right away. I do recall you saying it will take 3 hours which seemed unreasonable for tint that had only been on for 2 weeks. I paid to have tint removed and returned film to you for a refund. The removal took way less than 3 hours. I asked if you would pay half which would have amounted to $75 dollars. If I am so untruthful why would I tell you the price on the receipt would be discounted when I returned to have my windows retinted. I didn't try to get over on you for the total invoice price knowing it would be discounted later. I tried to be nice but in the end this turned out to be a bad experience for us both. Absolutely a great experience. We have Professional Window Tinting replace tinting from our 3 season room this summer and add tinting to a window in the front of our house. I found them via Facebook and reached out through chat. Corey responded immediately and we set up an appointment for the following week. We discussed what needed to be done, what the process was, and his recommendations for replacement tinting. A couple weeks later the team came out to steam off the old tint and apply the new. The difference was amazing...I wished I had done this years ago. The team noticed that a couple of our window's seals had broken and connected us with a glass company that could replace it. This meant they needed to comeback at later date. A month later, after the new glass was installed, the team applied tint to those windows. No additional cost. the tint on my car was ok. However we paid more then $500 for it -for a suburban... we asked them to NOT leave the keys in my car with the door locked when they were done bc we have no spare key. So of course they did that. Was locked out of my car all weekend and the owners offered no compensation (didn't expect to get it for free but could have offered some money back). They were very rude.
