He was totally honest with us about his offerings, and explained the implications on what Delaware Laws will allow. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! A very courteous rep from US Auto Glass named Dylan answered and walked me through the process, checked product availability and called a technician to see if they could install the rear window on my Jeep Gladiator WITHOUT the hard top on the vehicle and actually received a response within just a few minutes while on hold. Scheduled an install date for a couple of days later and was pleased to get a confirmation phone call an hour beforehand from their local installer in the Orange Country (CA) area named Omar. Needing to get it done sooner than that. I went to the Maps on my phone and started looking for alternatives. Cindy's glass tinting was a long my course of travel so looking at the reviews the very first one was a one star negative review but they had four stars nonetheless. Knowing that one should always discount the best and the worst reviews, the majority were all five stars with positive comments, so I decided to give them a call and I spoke with Cindy herself. She was very patient with my seemingly innocuous questions and the most important factor was. They said they could do it today while I waited. When I arrive, we discussed what I wanted done, she and her husband were both very friendly, helpful, and patient. They immediately pulled my car in while they were finishing up another vehicle. They were bouncing back-and-forth like a well oiled machine between my vehicle and the one they were finishing up the previous vehicle. They mentioned they had been doing tint for over 40 years, it shows in their speed and quality of work. They were less expensive, was able to get me in the same day that I made initial contact, and did better work then everyone else in the area, including where I had been going for years. I'm glad that I gave them a shot as they are now my go to window tinting place based on the quality of work and I am beyond OCD So being completely satisfied is rare for me, and when I left Cindys window window tinting, I was completely satisfied.
