Sensational Experience!!!! Recently, I just bought a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude, and I was interested in tinting my front two windows to match my rear windows. So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! I went there once after getting a tint done at another place to see how much better they would be. I had to get my windshield tint removed for inspection and asked if that was a service they offered. They said yes and while I went there I decided to get my vehicle detailed because it kind of needed it. The car looks absolutely gorgeous and there is not even a spot of residue from the last tint I had on which I know is a hard process. I couldn't have made a better find when I found Tint World. With these extrem unprecedented times with the epidemic of auto theft my Jazzibel became a casualty. I had just had my rear passenger window replaced after an attempt but they didn't do anything outside of glass replacemen and I needed to have security film installed to it as well as increase and enhance my security as threats where Brad and Tint World stepped in.
