Our AC doesn't reach the back so it gets so hot during the summer and when I first get into my car it feels like I'm in a baked potato. I had so many questions for the owner Steve and he was really patient in answering. I contacted other tinting businesses, some larger (very aggressive with sales) and smaller, but I ultimately chose Finesse because of the customer service and education he provided to help me decide how I wanted my windows tinted. I'm proud to support a minority-owned business and Steve spoke from the perspective of being a parent, I definitely appreciate knowing what he'd do if it were his family. As expected, the job took 2 hours and cost what he said it would. He told me to wait 3-5 days before rolling down my windows and that after 1-2 weeks it would fully dry/cure, he said if there's any issues he offers a lifetime warranty. I'm happy with how it turned out and can tell our car cools faster now without the use of a sunshield. I'm glad I found Finesse, I'd definitely recommend Steve if you need to get your windows tinted!

I got a small stone chip, just a (bull's-eye that did not spread) in the windshield of my 2025 limited edition Subaru .purple series BRZ. In the past, I have used Safelite auto glass or replacements, and repairs as needed over the years. So of course, I turned to them again, based on my previous decent experiences with them. Unfortunately, this experience was nothing short of horrific from start to finish, including pricing, scheduling, the fact that they never even showed up, and then never responded to any of my attempted reach out via phone, emails and text messages. This was a safe flight in West Chester PA and I do not recommend them at all! They do not care one bit about customer service anymore, and their recent reviews will show that clearly. I reached out to several other glass places via yelp suggestions and anyone I could find online. Most other shops wanted me to bring my car to them and sit around and wait for up to four or five hours, which I just did not have the time for Then I got a response from Gaje R. From Glass Masters. What a breath of fresh air! He was so incredibly helpful, thoroughly answering every single question I had via yelp messenger (after my terrible experience with Safelite and a few other shops, I became a little paranoid and mistrusting of everyone). We scheduled an appointment for him to come to my business office just a few days later. He showed up on time, did the repair and got my car all fixed up within about 90 minutes or less. Gaje was professional and kind and honest. Unfortunately, he does not do glass replacement, but if you find yourself in need of a windshield repair, I highly highly recommend Gaje from Glass Masters!!!
