The tint job was the worst I've ever gotten honestly. It was all scratched up and full of bublles but act like it is ok. it is never ok. They even left stains on my seat and didnt bother to clean up their mess. After they finish they dont say anything, just so quiet and dont even look at you, no thank you or anything. They really dont like their customers I guess. Customer service is really bad. They guys working there were really disrespecful, they said they would fix things if something wrong because of their warranty but when you ask them to fix it they get mad and yell. Its really bad service I would never recommend anyone here. read more

These guys do an amazing job! I don't know what's up with all these bad reviews. The only thing I can think is that some people just don't know how tint works. You have to wait a few days for all the bubbles to work their way out. Not just that , if they don't work themselves out this company will fix it for free! They carry a lifetime warranty on cracking, fading, peeling, discoloration and yes bubbling! I'm back again because I had to have a stat inspection done and the dealership made me remove my visors tint because I had mine below the SA1 line. Sucks but I'm back again and will continue to come back to get any of my vehicles tinted. Highly recommend read more

I have a 2015 Ford Transit that is my work truck. I have been going back and forth about getting my windows tinted. I called around to a few places last week. I called Five Star window Tinting and Graphix.a half an hr ago. Here I sit waiting for it to be done. Jason the owner and his employee were on my truck as soon as I got there. They gave me a decent price. And they know what they are doing. They gave me a lifetime warranty for their workmanship. Let's face it, nothing last for ever. Came here for years and always had a good experience until the last visit. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Tint job used to be perfect but last time there were bubbles and poor quality in general. Couldn't even get through showing all of my concerns with the tint before I was told, "if you want I can take the tint off and you can go somewhere else." If you want to be disrespected, told "another place would have told you to go F*** yourself", and given dirty looks then this is the place to go. There's more I can share but I won't. It's crazy how you can run a business and treat customers like that that have been coming for years. read more

I'm glad I didn't bring my car hear to get all my windows tinted. An just the front strip of tint across the window. And for $35 they couldn't even clean the window before adding the peice of tint. The Glew from the sticker that's added for oil change they just tinted over it. I was even nice enough to move the sticker. You think they be nice enough to to clean it. Instead of cleaning it off. Still bubbles threw the tint. Around the area where the Mirror is its not completely tinted. Just so disappointed in the 5 to 10 min job they did. read more

Took my car and he did a very bad job and took my car again and again he did a bad job. Very unprofessional service, dont know how to tint, life time warranty is nothing but a gimmick, cuz Im sure you dont want anyone play with your car windows again and again and it will damage you windows or frost system. Took my vehicle here to get all around tint and after a couple days I noticed some bubbles didn't go away took my car back and they set me up for an appointment to get it fixed I called the day prior to that appointment and apparently I wasn't in the schedule.. they they set me for another appointment I went and got the tint redone and 2weeks later here I am writing this review because 2 out of 3 windows redone still have bubbles and to make it worse they stained the back portion of my cars roof liner I'm assuming when they cleaned it to re do it . I would not recommend this place to no one !! read more

Great service! they did an excellent job on my car windows! staff was very friendly and courteous! they were very accommodating with making the appointment and convenient weekend hours! They also followed up with me before my appointment by letting me know they were running behind which was not a problem but nice of them to notify me! definitely will use their services again if needed!
