They did a quick and excellent tint job on my front two windows. The tints are cut well so that there's very little to no gap between the edge of the window and tint. I've been to a few tint places, but Romeo's is the one I'll continue to return to. read more

It's been nearly 9 months and no bubbles or anything i could say they did a bad job. I am very satisfied with the quality of the films (i did the mid range for both cars). I most say it's a bit pricey compared to like 9 years ago in New Mexico when on my Mustang i got tints installed all around for the same price i paid for just front windows in just one vehicle. Overall i understand cost of living has increased significantly but it doesn't take away the costumer service I received from the staff. read more

After the phone call I had with them today I wish there was an option for 0 stars. These people love to argue. Here is a breakdown of what happened over the past 3 days. On Saturday I went to get my front windshield tinted and waited in line for the first come first serve Saturday. Before I got my car tinted I asked the guy that came to get my keys if the sun strip that I already had on my car would matter. He told me it shouldn't make a difference and he took my car into the shop. I waited almost an hour then the lady checked me out and I drove home. While I was driving home I noticed inside of my speakers (tweeters) there was puddles of water. I also noticed when I got home that there was a huge bubble across my windshield where the visor met the new tint that was on my windshield. Also near my inspection sticker the tint is severely not set right as there are bubbles and tons of scratches. I called the shop to tell them I don't like how the car came out and they went on to tell me that's how its supposed to look with a visor, they aren't responsible for informing me that there will be a bubble due to me getting the sun strip first, and that the FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY doesn't cover the bubbles near the inspection sticker, or the bubble along my entire windshield. Now keep in mind if they would have just told me then and there that there would be a bubble across my windshield I would have paid them to do whatever they had to do to fix it. But they didn't. After this conversation I received a call from one of the workers in the shop on his personal phone. He told me to send him pictures of the damage. I sent them and he told me he would replace my windshield for free and then I would have to pay for the removal of the tint and also a new sun strip. Now this would make sense for me to pay this if I didn't just wait 4 hours to get it done, get lied to that it would look fine, and have them argue with me over almost anything. I told the guy I would like a full refund and he told me as long as I let him rip the tint off. I agreed. I call the store today (Monday) and the call goes to voicemail. So I'm guessing they told the lady up front don't answer the phone if it's my #. I then get a call from the same guy about 5 minutes later. I call him and ask him if he's still up to give me a refund or if he would like to just fix my windshield for free. He then tells me he's not fixing it for free and that I would need to pay $70. $30 to remove the strip and $40 to put it back on. After I told him I don't want to pay him any more money or wait at his shop anymore he told me a refund is no longer an option, that he was being sarcastic when he gave me that option and that he doesn't offer any kind of refunds. This is after he admitted to me both over text and on the phone that the tint was messed up both near the inspection sticker and the bubble across my entire windshield. I ask him "How come I have to pay for you to fix something that you messed up?" He laughs. He told me multiple times it's not his job or his responsibility to "BABYSIT" the cars that come into his shop. He told me I should have known there would be a gap in the tint and it's my fault! He told me he was being sarcastic when he said he wanted to rip the tint off and he never meant it. I told him that it was because he thought I would say no and just pay the $70. He laughed again probably because I was right. Moral of the story: unless you want to deal with people who love to argue and don't take pride in their work, take your car here. They don't honor the warranty and sure as hell won't give you any type of refund or discount for being a lifetime customer. They swear they are always right and the customer won't ever be right with these people!!! They won't honor their warranties and sure won't admit to doing anything wrong. It's always the customers fault here they aren't responsible for anything!!! Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $50 or whatever it is and take it to the next place. All this place does is cause headache. read more

Guess I will be your first review!!! I was recommended this shop from a friend. Although word of mouth is best I prefer to see reviews from other customers. Needless to say I was a little hesitant because you have neither. Thank God for your Facebook account I called in to get a last minute appointment on a Saturday. I was informed there was no opening but was offered the option to be given a call if someone canceled. About 30 minutes later a cancelation was made and I was called. I arrived and was practically seen right away as they were finishing up the customer in front of me. The younger gentleman that checked me in and out was helpful and polite. The wait time was roughly 2 hrs as predicted. There is a waiting room (a few chairs and a TV). They even came in and turned on the AC and cartoons for my son and I as we waited. I am happy with the way the tint looks. Upon check out I informed them that I had a 10% coupon from checking in using the yelp ap. The owner said he hadn't used yelp in a while but had no problem honoring the coupon. I have to wait 3-5 before the hazing and air bubbles disappear. But the work is covered with a lifetime warranty. read more

It's been a while since I shopped around for tint services so I wasn't aware of any decent shops. My sister recently got her tint done at Romeo's and after seeing the results along with her positive feedback regarding customer service I figured I'd give them a try. Thankfully I did because their service was astounding. Firstly, when you call to schedule an appointment, you are greeted with a friendly voice and helpful guidance through their various services. The woman was so patient and enthusiastic which made it an all around better experience. Second, their tint options are great, ranging from your typical basic tint to a high-end ceramic product that can be more costly, however, seemed worth it after the helpful woman demonstrated it's benefits. I opted for the middle tint option which was better quality than basic but a little more expensive. Third, the professionalism was unreal, I arrived for my appointment and they immediately pulled the car into the shop. They gave me an estimated finish time and sure enough it was finished right on time. Lastly, the results were beautiful, the window tint was flawless and the tail light tint was too. Couldn't have been happier with my experience at Romeo's. read more
