My hood had some severe paint damage from a product defect and I took it to Twins in Foxchase after getting some quotes from other shops. Twins came in at a very reasonable price but gave me the peace of mind that my vehicle would be taken care of. After a few days, I got a call from the shop and checked out my vehicle and the hood looked brand new, like it never had any issue. The entire team at Twins was very friendly and the owner and I struck up a great conversation about our Italian heritage. If anyone wants the additional peace of mind that your vehicle will be looked out for and wants to support a local business, I highly recommend Twins at Foxchase! read more

I can't really say enough good things about the service, quality and professionalism I received from Top Quality Auto Body. From the start, with the awesome and friendly customer service I received from receptionist Elaine , I knew I was in the right place. I then had the pleasure of meeting Matt who provided complete communication of the process and progress of what it would take to restore my vehicle back shape. I didn't have a specific budget for my repairs but I was so glad to find out that the estimate was reasonable enough for me to be comfortable with allowing my vehicle to be repaired. When I picked up my vehicle it also was completely detailed..... my vehicle looked brand new........KUDOS TO MATT & his TEAM‼ read more

Ben was great to work with on the many things I wanted done to my vehicle. He listened to what I requested and also advised against some things noting the exorbitant cost it would be. I got done a lot of work for a good price. I will be back again as I forgot something to get replaced while it was there. read more

I've used Twins a few times now following a car accident. Ben is great at working with insurance companies to see that all necessary repairs are covered. I love that he takes his time to explain everything so that you know that satisfaction is his top priority. You can tell that he loves his work and values his customers. Ben has always been honest and fair and I feel 100% confident recommending Twins for your auto body repairs. read more

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. The owner did a classic bait and switch. I dropped off my boyfriends car after an accident. He stated numerous times over the phone and upon dropping off the car that he would be waiving the deductible in order to get our business. However, On the day the car is finally ready he has his worker call me with a $375 bill. When we got to the shop to dispute this he began yelling, insulting me personally and threaten to use physical force to remove me from his office because I didn't agree with paying this bill. Basically he held our car hostage so the end result was us paying it just to get our car. The owner has a napoleon complex, he's very rude, unprofessional and a classic hot head. Do not go here unless you want to be baited and switched and verbally attacked when you disagree with his methods. The owner (Ben) is a classic bully who makes his money on intimidation and holding your car hostage. To make matters worse this bush league operation also lost our alarm device and returned it back cracked and damaged. read more

I Brought my car in two weeks ago for some repair on the bumper and they had to replace the rear quarter-panel on my Veloster. Benny gave me an estimate right away and handled everything with the insurance company with ease. They explained the whole process pretty thoroughly and gave me a call as soon as the car was ready. They did a great job detailing my Honda! I was selling it and got more than I thought I would! Thank you!

Our 2009 Camry was hit by someone when the car was in a parking lot and the driver's side mirror was destroyed. I found Twins Fox Chase Auto Body on-line and called them because they are close to my home. I spoke with Ben who was very nice and provided a reasonable quote so we went over. Upon seeing the car, Ben indicated that in addition to replacing the mirror, he could detail the car and make it look like new, and the price for this service was reasonable as well, so we said Ok. Well we picked up the car this afternoon and it looks fabulous! That car had been very dirty, plus it had some lines of red paint from the car that hit us, and all of that is now gone - without having to re-paint the car. They transformed it back into a car that looks just about show-room new. They did a LOT of work and like I said, the price was reasonable. There was no "hard-sell" - just an offer of what they could do to help us, and they certainly did. It was a pleasure working with Ben and his associate. They were so nice to us, the quality of the service was exceptional, and we had the car back the next day. I give Twins Fox Chase Auto Body five (5) stars - Highly Recommrnded! I brought my truck in to Twins after I scraped the rear passenger quarter panel while pulling into a tight garage. Things started out very well. Ben and Mitch were great; they were very friendly, informative and honest. If I could rate just the customer service those guys provided, they would get a 10 out of 5. A few days later I dropped the truck off and came back 4 hours later to pick it up. They were going to buff the whole truck and touch up areas that needed to be touched up. I show up, and from a distance the truck looked great. I payed for the work, headed out, and that's when I started noticing things. The first thing i noticed was the floor pans were filthy; it looked like someone walked though mud and stomped all over the floor. As I was preparing to pull out, I waved to a tech in the shop thanking him, and he just looked and stared like i was an alien. When I got home, I noticed they had not buffed the top part of the bed -- almost as if I wouldn't notice. Then I started looking closer and saw that they poorly applied the touch up paint; everywhere. It looked horrible -- it was very lumpy and uneven. I am not a body technician by any stretch of the imagination and I could have done a better job with the touch up paint. They also chipped my passenger side door at the bottom rear and didn't touch that up. To make things even more interesting, they put an oil like substance all over my bumpers and tires and it looked horrible. I had never seen an ugly tire shine until then. So for the next few weeks, I will be slowly trying to fix the nasty touch up paint job and the nasty oil stuff everywhere. The buffing was ok, but there was a lot of nasty residue everywhere that somebody forgot to clean. Overall, based on work quality, I would not recommend Twins if you are looking to get similar work done to your vehicle. read more
