Excellent Experience!…read more Took my Toyota Corolla here today after it was sputtering yesterday and had check engine and maintenance lights on. I was thinking it was having power issues because of the alternator or something...but I know nothing. John was very easy to deal with, has a night drop AND night pick up system which I utilized. The greatest thing about John though was that he called me, sought more information to correctly diagnosis, and then after driving the car around and checking things out decided that he was not confident in what the issue was and decided it may have been a fluke and that he wasn't comfortable making a repair that he wasn't 100% sure was the actual issue. I was sold. No pushiness, no making me feel like an idiot, straightforward and honest.

The whole crew made the process feel smooth and well organized, which really took a lot of stress off me. I want to give a special shout-out to Ian, the Customer Service Manager. The extreme cold weather slowed down the paint process, but he and the team did everything they could to stay on schedule and get my car back to me as promised. I truly appreciate that effort. They also noticed an issue with my tire and brought it to my attention, making sure I understood the safety concern. They even helped me find a discounted replacement tire to bring the cost down. That meant a lot to me. It felt like they were looking out for me, not just trying to make extra bucks. Communication was great as well. I received regular updates, so I always knew what was going on. While they're busy, they have a shop cat to keep you company while you're waiting.
