I live in NYC and was looking for a car in PA because I wasn't finding anything that made sense in NYC. I ended up working with Tony Gott and Rick Chila Jr who were both incredibly welcoming, warm, and helpful. Tony wasn't pushy and even allowed us to voice our concerns without any pushback or offense taken. He also was very communicative during the whole process and guided us to a great choice. Rick was also great, transparent, and very helpful even after the purchase. He even added a piece to the car for me to fill comfortable purchasing. My suggestion is to search them out and work with them because it was a great experience. I purchased a 2016 Prius in February 2023 and love it. WARNING: Avoid Finance Manager Nic Esposito, he was rude, pushy, and aggressive. Even questioned my personal wishes and financial boundaries when clearly stated after the fact that the transaction was over. Be ready if you get thrown his way, avoid if possible. Greed kills. Well, at least drives loyal customers away. Recently I took my truck there as I had for years, this time for inspection. I needed new windshield wipers, and at the inconvenience of leaving and not completing the inspection, was forced into purchasing $66 windshield wipers. Strike 1. Then, I brought my own headlamp for them to install. Not only did they charge me $35 for the headlamp anyway, but $50 to install it. Strike 2. Today was an oil change with a check engine light that resulted in a $270 bill. Strike 3. I just can't anymore. Been coming here for YEARS and customer service has been slowly slipping since the expansion and remodeling. The prices are not reasonable. Wish I could recommend but you can find considerably cheaper, faster and more personalized service elsewhere. read more

I took my 1998 Toyota 4Runner here for an engine swap. The rates were better than other mechanics I explored in the area and I wanted reliable work. It took a very long time for the job to finish and I was disappointed. Parts would come in but there were issues with them multiple times. I expressed my concerns after waiting for a month and was given a rental by the service team. The notable names I worked with were Regina and Mike as advisors, and Jake as the technician on the job. These three were very pleasant to work with and it was clear that they wanted to do the best work. If I ever needed to, I would take the car here again. read more

My name is Joseph and I have had a mixed experience with Team Toyota. I had purchased a very slightly used 2019 Toyota Sienna from your dealership. The minivan itself is amazing and the purchase couldn't have been better. However, the low review is for the mismanagement of an issue I had been promised that would be repaired if I purchased the Sienna. The Sienna was purchased in full, and in CASH in mid December, from Devon after a few weeks of emails and my finances getting in order. Devon had shown the Sienna flawlessly, and we agreed that before I purchase the Sienna, Devon would have the body servicemen repair some deep scratches that were in the clear coat down to the paint. Devon had taken notes and pictures before we purchased the Sienna about two weeks later. We had purchased a new car warranty, another warranty covering all the major systems like the electronics, and the premium paint protection package. We even ordered the ceramic paint package on top of everything else, as we wanted this van to be kept in showroom condition. Devon assured us that if we had ANY trouble with the paint, he would take care of it. Three months go by, and the hood and door pillar scratches had returned. It turns out that Team Toyota put the ceramic coating on over the scratches and then used a wax to buff everything smooth. When the wax wore off, the scratches were filled but not sanded smooth, leaving the scratches sealed, but deep enough where you can feel them with your finger. Strike One (X) We have made appointments time and time again with Devon and then different sales managers, and each of them promising to get the paint done right, but Toyota Corporate denied the claim, saying it was something that is not covered and we purchased the Sienna used. Strike 2 (XX) Devon had ended up lying to his sales manager about our deal, and his involvement with the deal we had, including the paint protection packages. He even swore he couldn't remember us, and how much we had dealt with him previously. One manager called back and assured us he would take care of the problem and costs out of his pocket, but guess what, no return phone calls. This was almost a month ago. Strike Three (XXX). Now I am having SERIOUS reservations about the promises Team Toyota made to me, and left wondering if the 3 separate warranties are even worth the paper they were printed on. I was updated frequently about what was going on with my vehicle, info was sent to me via email, text and a phone call. My repairs were completed in a very timely manner. The prices are in very good comparison to other local Toyota dealers. (I called around to compare services) I highly recommend this service department if you are in the need of car repairs. A long overdue review. A few years ago when the price of gas was approaching $4 a gal, decided to get a Prius as a second car. First Toyota ever. First non-Volvo in a long time. Tried servicing at Del Toyota. Horrible mistake. After 3 times in Del, knew had to go elsewhere. Tried Team Toyota. Christopher Hihn at Team took care of me and my car. He is the main reason I became a repeat customer. Great professional Great demeanor and all around great guy. Helped me above and beyond. In about a year, I had enough of Prius and Toyota and ended up donating the car. The Prius was not for me. Neither was Toyota. I stuck to Volvo cars and dealership. Looked up and saw that the vehicle traded in is listed for sale as certified used for more than $100 dollars on the original sticker price a few years back. Which is more than $4000 we originally paid. How insane is that???? And says the no haggle price now is still more than we paid a couple yes ago. Like Ali most $4000 more. So who got the deal? Avoid servicing your car here at all costs. I took my vehicle here because I got a flat tire while in the area and they were the only dealership nearby that had the tire I needed to replace my flat. After waiting two hours in the service department, a manager brought me back to his office to inform me that they crushed my door in the lift and the entire door needed to be replaced. They offered to fix the door and gave me a rental car for free. Everyone makes mistakes and while I was upset, I was relieved they were sending the car to be fixed at Team Toyota Langhorne which is where I get all my service done. The gentleman that called me to give me an update two days later was extremely rude to me over the phone, acted as though I knew nothing about cars because I was a female, and was very unapologetic. He acted as though I was the one who crushed my car door. After, I called the manager that I spoke to in the dealership who gave me his business card to voice how upset I was regarding this. He assured me he would follow up about this phone call. Not one time after this did anyone from Glenn Mills call me to give me any updates about my car or about the rude employee that called me. On top of all of this, I have to take my car to be serviced again because they broke the tire pressure sensor when putting on a new tire. Went in for an inspection 10-29-22 and was left with wet carpet! Never had such a bad service visit before. It started with a high quote for the inspection, since my appointment last year was one day short of one year ago. Nobody mentioned that when I made the appointment though. Was told I had a light bulb out and signed off on replacing it. 90 minutes later, they told me my car was ready. The valet got out and I noticed the floor mat on the driver's side was soaking wet. Weather was totally dry - and so was my car when I brought it in. The valet couldn't explain it. The service advisor said he would talk to the manager to figure out what happened. I just wanted the water removed from my car ASAP. Instead he asked me to wait another hour for somebody in detailing to clean it up. After 75 more minutes they told me the car was ready again, yet I picked up the mat and found water underneath - the carpet was soaked. Had to leave, but spent time at home with rags pressing on it an squeezing out as much as possible over the next few days. This led to a lot of time cleaning and stressing over something that never should have happened. After going there for every 5K or 10K mile maintenance service and inspection for nearly 20 years, this experience was the worst. Got a call from customer care rep who said they would look into what happened. A few days later she said the technician claims he told me about the water and that there was a leak problem in my car. That's two more lies. The only times the advisor spoke with me were at check-in, going over items in my printed Visit Summary, sending me to the cashier, and hearing my complaint about the water. The summary says NOTHING about water or a leak. It says they inspected the floor mats, though. There is a checkmark after that bit. My advice is to avoid this place. For anyone going to this place for service anyway, take detailed pix of your car inside and out - before and after they touch it. read more

Toyota should be thoroughly embarrassed by the people that maintain/sell their vehicles. Everyone that works at Toyota should also be embarrassed. When you work for A a company you represent the whole company. I could leave the name of the team member that let me down today BUT it doesn't matter. I believe a company and its employees all succeed or fail as a team. I deeply regret purchasing a Toyota as this is the second location in Pennsylvania in which I have had TERRIBLE service. The interactions I have had with every worker at both locations have let me down. Today I did not receive an apology. In fact the representative that helped me today made ME feel bad. He had difficulty finding my appointment and stated "I was killing him". The reason it was difficult for him to find the appointment is due to the errors of the other Toyota location I purchased the vehicle from ALSO the fact that he did not take the time we read the appointment confirmation sheet I printed ahead of time and handed to him on my arrival. I had requested a Lyft home when I booked the appointment. The man that assisted me did not ask if I had requested a shuttle of Lyft. He simply told me to have a seat and wait. I also had questions about the maintenance schedule. Instead of helping me understand he blamed OTHER Toyota for my confusion. We came in today to buy our leased vehicle. The YOUNG boy at the desk was told by me hi we're buying out our lease. We were working with Maria. I had Maria's paperwork in my hand. He must have called Maria because she came over to us with a license plate. Keys and paperwork in her hands. She knew what we were there for as it eas her paperwork she recognized. She asked us to please wait in lounge. It would just be a few minutes. After 45 minutes, I went again to the sales desk and asked the child(who was playing with his hair in his eyes. If we could have someone else help us. As it happened, a man identified himself as "sales manager" curtly told us the "we never do a lease out without an appt." So we were specifically lied to be Marie and the boy at the desk. We would still be sitting there as no one cared that we were waiting for almost an hour. Two different people lied to us and the "sales manager" stuck up for the boy. Of course, and, in front of sales manager, child gave dumb face look and shook his head. He has NO IDEA why we were there despite looking at out paperwork and paging Marie. Of course he is not going to admit fault in front of his boss. We will never deal with MARIE again as she knew full well why we there and Did nothing but make us wait when the transaction could not be completed after all per the unfriendly frowning uninterested sales manager who is unable to smile or remember that we were the customers We have have been Carousel and then Team customers for well over 35 years. We were always treated well and greeted by someone. After our experience today. I wish we could do this at another Toyota. One might think buying a certified pre-owned car from this Toyota dealer would be a good way to avoid problems, but you'd be wrong. They sold me a vehicle that had been involved in a collision, and waited to submit the damage to reporting services like Carfax until months after I bought it. When I discovered it, they refused to compensate me or make things right. AVOID THIS SHADY PLACE! Listening is only the first stage in problem resolution. When you do wrong you need to follow it up with corrective action. We're not talking about a bad meal at a restaurant. Many thousands of dollars were exchanged. I sold the car after finding out about the damage, and the offers I received ranged from $2000-$3000 less than if it had not been in a collision. I had to absorb that cost. My salesman was Matt Penland, he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The price was the lowest in the area, they gave me more than a fair price for my trade in, and in the end, my monthly payment was considerably lower than I expected. I am generally satisfied with the service I have received here since I purchased my RAV4 2 years ago. Staff are generally courteous, professional, and prompt. Comfortable waiting area and easy enough to get work done while they were doing routine mileage maintenance checks or state inspection checks. They do charge a high labor rate though and are pricier than even other Toyota area dealerships including Del Toyota in Thorndale where my sister gets her older RAV4 serviced for annual state inspections and auto emissions. I'll continue to possibly bring my car here for the free state inspection annually as long as I live in the area but for routine maintenance I'll go elsewhere where the parts and labor rates are much more reasonable and I personally know the owners. read more

Stay away!!! Very, very very disappointed​. Unacceptable​ quality overall​I bought a CERTIFIED car in April of 2017. Mid-January​​ I took it for the second scheduled​ maintenance. They proceeded to tell​ me that the car is missing the bolts in the chassis underneath. Really??? I bought it certified, the car had not been in an accident, and it passed the inspection. Being this a safety issue, how can that be possible???? They order parts. The car had​ to stay. They gave me a rental. The rental was so filthy on the outside that it was impossible to complete​the​e walkthrough​. The rear window was covered with salt. The license plate was not visible. I had to ask one of the guys to please wipe it out (would you mind?). I picked my car two days later. It had snowed. They pull it over covered in snow with icy windows!!! A guy shows up with a kindergarten​ size scrapper and started to clean​. Another shows up with a brush and help. These guys had great intentions but work at snail speed with​ no energy. Two young guys at 8:30 AM​ with no energy!!! I got frustrated so I grab my brush and scrapper and completed the job quickly. Toyota used to be good. That has changed. Stay away! read more

One of many dealers visited during my car search, I took the hike all the way to Glen Mills after corresponding online with Robert Urban who assured me they had or could get the specific vehicle I was seeking. On my visit, I met with Nick Garcia, a friendly professional who indeed had the model in stock. He let me take the RAV4 Hybrid LE out for a drive and I got a nice mix of country roads and some Route 1 too. While I didn't end up buying a Toyota, the RAV4 was the runner up and a significant challenger in my search. If I did buy it, it would absolutely have been from Team Toyota. They were upfront and honest with their pricing and availability of the exact model I wanted. The RAV4 Hybrid LE can be tough to find. Though they had probably 60 or so regular (non-Hybrid) RAV4s on the lot, they made no effort to push me into a vehicle I made clear I didn't want. Another important point to share, at no point did they put down or diminish the vehicle that I was most interested in, even though it wasn't a Toyota. Instead, Nick focused on the RAV4 features. If you are in the market for a RAV4 Hybrid, this is the place to go - ask for Nick or Robert. read more

i bought my 2009 toyota tacoma from carosel toyota in 2010 or 2011 as a certified use vehicle. I have had my tacoma in for service on a regular basis and only recently found out there are several cracks in the frame and it will no pass inspection Until the frame is repaired. I have never been advise by any toyota technician or otherwise about the condition of my frame not until I took it to another mechanic . I would like to know why this situation was kept secret from me and why I was allowed to drive an unsafe vehicle and not advised about this problem when my vehicle was in for service. Today I spoke with an operator at Team Toyota of Glen Mills I was told a Manager would call me back, No one has returned my call or called back. I have called to file complaints before about service and on one ever acknowledges my call of takes any corrective action. I will never recommen Team Toyota of Glen Mills or buy from then again. I took my Toyota in for a routine recall, and it required a day long repair. By mid morning I was called and told that my car needed an additional $1900 worth of work done, ranging from brake fluid change to four brand new tires to an entire new braking system. Sigh. The car is only three years old and very well maintained. I, very politely, told the man to please just complete the recall work. I have my own lovely and trustworthy mechanic. Do nothing. Please. He sent along a very lengthy bill and outline of the "needed work" which was left in my car. On a side note, when I made the appointment and reserved a courtesy car for the day. When I got there I realized that my insurance card was not up to date. The woman at the front desk would not let me rent the car, understandably so. That was my fault, I should have thought ahead and brought my current card. When I asked her if there was someone who could drop me at work, two miles up the road, she looked at me blankly and gave no response. There was no effort or going the extra mile for a client. So I walked to work, which is fine too. A fine morning walk and brisk exercise was better for me anyway. In the end, I will not return to this Toyota dealership, although it is very close to my work and incredibly convenient. But when it came to selling me a new car, it was a total bummer compared to all the Toyota dealers in the tri-state area I called and visited. Once you determine exactly what car you want, it comes down to getting the best price for your trade AND the best price for your car. It is that simple. Consumer Report's True Car program sent me Team as one of two dealers who would give me KILLER DEALS on the car I was interested in buying. Or so I thought. An email from Sales Manager Jeff, followed up by a phone call I made to talk to him, seemed promising until he told me GO SHOP AND GET THE BEST DEAL from another dealer, bring it to them and they will beat it! Huh? Isn't it your job to give ME the best deal, so much so, I say LETS CLOSE THIS THING? Apparently, that is NOT the philosophy at TEAM. They put me with a very inexperienced salesperson who emailed me/called me. While we were in the middle of a conversation, he told me he had to hang up because he was being paged at the sales desk. I have been in sales far too many years to know that is NOT how you handle that situation. In other words, I was being told my potential business wasn't as important. But I perserved and stopped in the showroom and dealt with a different sales manager after REFUSING to talk to Mr. Inexperience. He tried the typical CAN WE MAKE A DEAL TODAY when he didnt even have the car on the lot I wanted! The price he offered for the car was easily $1200 more than the dealer I will be buying my car from and the trade he offered was a lowball in my mind - $500 below what Kelly was offering from THREE different dealers. The frame on my 2007 Toyota Sequoia rusted through and the vehicle is no longer safe to drive. The vehicle only has 123k miles on it. Despite the fact that Toyota has acknowledged that the frames are defective Team Toyota and Toyota Corporation have thus far refused to replace or repair the frame. If Toyota and Team Toyota do not make this situation right and repair or replace the frame I will never do business with either company. read more

After a nice experience with the salesman, Hamid, I requested monthly numbers be ran for the car I planned to purchase. I was shown the finance or sales manager's calculations, not sure exactly who....and looked to the sheet to verify the numbers myself. While the document stated my final costs and showed the down payment I would be making, the monthly payment was inflated so much more than it should have been! Not only was the discount they promised not reflected, but the down payment I was making was not either. They tried to hide an additional $6k by splitting it up in my monthly payments. I wonder if they thought I would not do simple math and percentages to catch that and how many others they have done this too? Never again! Buyers proceed with caution. read more

DO NOT buy a used/preowned car. We bought a used car here that ended up having rust damage to the floor of the car that was so significant a 1 foot hole formed. TT claimed it wasn't there when they had the car, but that kind of damage doesn't occur over 6 months. Within the first year of buying this "gently used"/"young" car you name it, it broke. Upon having the AC break (again) TT "fixed" it and then we find that it's still not working after spending $300+. We were then told it will be another $600 to completely fix the problem. Lesson learned! They either 1) Don't properly inspect their cars or 2) Just don't care. It's probably both...don't waste your time or money and go elsewhere! read more

My first free oil change on a 2022 Tacoma resulted in a scratched hood and very rude behavior when I returned to ask why my truck was making a clanging noise as I drove away. Turned out they left one of their tools on the under carriage that was banging around. They were so rude and couldn't have cared less so I left and will never return even for my 4 remaining free oil changes. All I got for my $47,000.00 was a nice truck and no service. read more

I had my Camry serviced at this dealership for 5 years and this place is lousy and steals your money. Their service advisors do not know anything about cars and I always felt that it was their job to educate the customer not the other way around. One time, their service advisor gave me a printout of my work history and wanted me to figure out what I wanted done on my car. That`s your job, not mine! It was a frustrating experience when it takes an hour for an oil change or change my tires. I was interested in buying another Camry but thought about the poor servicing at this dealership and would go elsewhere. My response to Toyota: Hi Rosanna, thank you for your response. I received a mailer from Team Toyota of Glen Mills....specifically Jeff Kenny. It stated to respond by 6/8/15, which I did. It stated you would payoff my current lease, absorb remaining lease payments and/or over the mileage penalty and avoid unnecessary wear and tear or turn in charges. That wasn't the case. The current lease payments were just added to the new payment. I didn't feel the need to call you, as I found the mailer deceptive and have no intention of buying a car from your company. Received a mailer that states "Bring your current leased vehicle (from another dealer) and we will absorb the cost of your current lease, forgive any over mileage, and give a 2,000 rebate." When trying to make a deal, they didn't absorb the cost of my current lease....they just added it to my bill. The rebate was accepted, but never actually worked in with the numbers. It's false advertsing to try and get you in there. Don't waste your time here. read more

I've come here twice, once to service my husbands Tundra and once for my Sequoia, I'm only living in Glen Mills temporarily so This is not my "home" dealership where I normally have my services done. Team Toyota gets 3 stars since they get the job done quick but I can't give 5 stars because it's Night and Day compared to our normal dealership. Every time I service my car at home it's standard for them to wash my car (here they'll charge you extra) Plus pick up and drop off at home are a lot more seamless too. The service area gets the job done though but sometimes you just can't beat the way things are done at home. read more

Today when I brought my less than one year old Toyota to have the inspections done (which at the time when I purchased the vehicle from Team Toyota) I was told was fully covered. The Service desk informed now that just the State Inspection was covered, not the emissions inspections which would cost $72. (When I got home I checked other places, and the cost for state emissions inspections is around $25). I explained to the Service desk that I was told that the inspections were covered, and he said yes, they do tend to mislead you when you buy the car. When I went to talk to the Sales Department, the person basically said the same thing (something about the small print). REALLY. I will not recommend this dealership, because I value honesty and being transparent, and I don't feel that this is how they are doing business. I would recommend that you purchase your Toyota from a different dealership. Also, I was a bit scared when the person outside that did the initial paper work had his mask below his nose. I thought I would mention it to the person at the sales desk, but he also had his mask below his nose. I don't think they are taking the proper precautions to protect their customers. Bought a brand new Toyota 4Runner about a month ago from Team Toyota. The sales experience was fine. But god forbid you have to get any kind of service done on your vehicle. Had my vehicle in their shop for almost a week because they needed to replace the rear bumper because it was scratched up from a minor accident. The one side of the "new" bumper has paint splatter and drip marks, it was not alligned right and was sticking out on the one side, and they reinstalled a scratched up portion from the damaged bumper above the hitch instead of installing a new piece. There is no quality control at all. Set up a new appointment to have it redone. Called today to make sure they were still open so I could bring the vehicle in and was told they have no plans of shutting down. So I bring it in and nobody seems to know what is going on and feel like I an inconvenience being there. The collision manager AJ Keesey again makes it seem like I am an inconvenience being there. He seems overwhelmed and states I can drop the vehicle off with them but he doesn't know when I will be getting the vehicle back because they might be shutting down because of the Corona Virus. Was gonna get a rental vehicle but nobody could find the rental car person at the dealership and they were more concerned with just chatting among themselves so I just left. This place is very clueless to customer service. Unfortunately I will have to bring the vehicle back to them since they screwed up the original work that was supposed to be done on it but after that I will try to find a dealership that is a little more put together. Going to contact Toyota Corporate to see if it's possible to just get the money refunded and go somewhere more capable. read more

Horrible dealership! Hit my credit FOUR TIMES (hard hits) for rates. That is OLD SCHOOL!. You make soft inquiries before choosing a bank. The hard hit is the bank who is the lender. Thank you for lowering 850 + credit score! P.S. Don't believe anything these people tell you. Lied about finance rate, lied about servicing the vehicle I bought, just outright lies throughout! Worst dealership I've ever had the misfortune of running in to. Stay away at any cost!!! read more
