However, I have received no documentation and have been unable to confirm that the promised coverage exists. I've called numerous times for answers, but I keep getting the runaround instead of a resolution. I feel misled, and the lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers and honors its promises, I recommend staying away from this one.

Also noticed a distinct shaking in the cabin while idling. I brought the car back and requested they address the two issues. They replaced front left tire and sorted that issue. However, they said an engine manifold was previously fixed and fluids topped off...so that should fix the rough idle issue. Also, they said " you just aren't used to a truck idle.....it's totally normal" Now NOV2025 (7 months later)... the vehicle is in early transmission failure. Two techs who looked at it now diagnosed bad spark plugs, damaged upper intake valve, and bad fuel rails.....those items are causing the rough idle......so we were lied to and gaslit on a major level. Highly recommended to avoid this business.

He stayed on top of everything and showed genuine care and understanding of how frustrating this situation had been for me. When they determined the engine was the issue, Vince brought me into the service manager's office. We called my husband together, and they clearly explained the severity of the situation and walked us through all of our options. As someone who is 7 months pregnant with a 1-year-old at home, I was extremely overwhelmed--but Bernie, the service manager, immediately stepped in and reassured me he would do everything he could to get me into a safe, reliable vehicle. The level of compassion he showed is something I've honestly never experienced at any auto dealership. They then brought us over to sales and explained everything to Ken, the sales manager, who connected us with Adam Johnson. Adam did his homework and focused on finding us a car that was safe and affordable for our family. You could tell that was his priority--there was absolutely no upselling. If anything, he was working to get us the best possible deal. When it came time to finalize everything, we worked with Josh, who went above and beyond to get us into the price range we were comfortable with--without requiring a huge down payment and while still including extended warranties. I honestly don't know how he pulled it off, but we couldn't be happier. Finally, after a long day and even after the service center had closed, Bernie came back over just to check on us and make sure we felt good about everything. I've never experienced that level of care from a service department--it truly meant a lot. What started as a stressful situation--having my car towed there--ended up being such a blessing. I know when my husband is ready for a truck, we will absolutely be going back. From Vince and Bernie in service to Ken, Adam, and Josh on the sales side--the entire team was top-notch. Bought a GMC Denali from them. It was being sold as a CPO vehicle on delivery the salesman noticed…read moredent in the rear bumper it was small so I took the vehicle . A few days later a parking aid message kept coming up when pulling away from stop lights. That problem and along with it not passing Delaware inspectioni called and made a appointment to have both issues addressed. When i picked it up Mr. Gunn (service manager) told me the body shop would have to look at fixing the parking aid problem but the tech that could do that work was out on medical leave and would not be back for a month or two. They also did a regen on the emissions for the inspection problem. He said sales would take care of the parking aid problem just would have to wait. After driving back home I went to De. dmv and the vehicle still would not pass inspection, I called back to Mr. Gunn and he put the tech who worked onthe vehicle on the phone. Being a retired Ford senior master diesel tech I asked what the drive cycle test was to get system ready to pass, he did not know and would get back to me. I'm still waiting for that call. I used the ford test several times and got the vehicle through inspection. Call Mr. Gunn in February only to be told again that the tech was still out and that sales said they would still take care of the problem. Called Mr. Gunn again in April told the same thing again. Called back in July and left Mr. Gunn a message , he called and left me a message that he forwarded my message to a Mr. Simonelli . Mr. Simonelli called me a few days later and left a message that he wanted to talk to me about my truck. We played tag and then the 20th of july mr. simonelli called. Told me they had no intention of repairing the truck and said a possible refund of some money since it was sold as a cpo and should not have been. I asked why give back money just repair the problem. He asked if I could leave the vehicle with them for a few days. I said I could but would need transporation. Mr. Simonelli said he would get back to me. I waited awhile and never got a call back from him. I contacted Faulkner Auto group headquarters only to be told thet did not own that dealership, it had been sold to Ciocca auto group and to contact Mr. Gregg Ciocca. Emails to them kept coming back. I'm glad that i reached out to the Faulkner group first if not they would have been receiving a bad review. But the Ciocca group. The West Chester management team can not be trusted neither can the Ciocca group. Along with not doing any business with any of the Ciocca locations i will let anybody who asks me about my purchase to steer clear.

The day I went down to test drive the car, Jeff was already for me. I had my mom and my nephews with me. My mom was directed to comfortable seating, was asked if she wants a water and was well taken car of. My nephews came on the test drive with me to check the back seat area for me. When we got back the ball went rolling. I was taken on a complete tour of the facilities and where my Car would be serviced (by the way absolutely cleanest garage I have ever seen), waiting room with refreshments and saw the technician who checked the car previous to my purchase. I was informed that as we were starting paperwork, another buyer was potentially waiting. Between, Jeff, Joe and everyone else involved, they worked magic I had never seen before to get that ball rolling. Bruce was doing a great job keeping my nephews and us entertained with humor. When the news came that I was approved and the car we mine, I was so elated!! Everyone came and shook my hand with a nice congratulations.
