Purchased a 2020 Suburban from CIOCCA in FEB2025…read more.. Upon getting the car home, the tire Sensor was indicating a drop in pressure of front left tire. Also noticed a distinct shaking in the cabin while idling. I brought the car back and requested they address the two issues. They replaced front left tire and sorted that issue. However, they said an engine manifold was previously fixed and fluids topped off...so that should fix the rough idle issue. Also, they said " you just aren't used to a truck idle.....it's totally normal" Now NOV2025 (7 months later)... the vehicle is in early transmission failure. Two techs who looked at it now diagnosed bad spark plugs, damaged upper intake valve, and bad fuel rails.....those items are causing the rough idle......so we were lied to and gaslit on a major level. Highly recommended to avoid this business.

We saw a beautiful 2022 Taxx on the internet. it was just what we are looking for . We drove 50…read moremiles RT from NJ to see it. We were politely greeted by Hugh. He showed us the car and thoroughly went over all of the features . The AWD and relatively low mileage attracted us. He explained what we had to do in NJ as far as paying the tax, registering the car, etc. I was very reluctant because I was involved in a serious accident in just in March. The price was very reasonable. Hugh explained in detail the warranties .we even went on a test drive . We purchased the car and we love it. He delivered the car to my apartment because I was very scared and nervous. Hugh seemed more like a friend than a salesman. He wasn't pushy at all. I strongly recommend Ciocca of West Chester . I brought my Buick Encore into Faulkner Buick GMC after dealing with ongoing issues since…read morepurchasing it in 2021. The check engine light kept coming on, and even the dealership I originally bought it from couldn't fix the problem. From the moment I arrived, Vince in the service center was incredible. He stayed on top of everything and showed genuine care and understanding of how frustrating this situation had been for me. When they determined the engine was the issue, Vince brought me into the service manager's office. We called my husband together, and they clearly explained the severity of the situation and walked us through all of our options. As someone who is 7 months pregnant with a 1-year-old at home, I was extremely overwhelmed--but Bernie, the service manager, immediately stepped in and reassured me he would do everything he could to get me into a safe, reliable vehicle. The level of compassion he showed is something I've honestly never experienced at any auto dealership. They then brought us over to sales and explained everything to Ken, the sales manager, who connected us with Adam Johnson. Adam did his homework and focused on finding us a car that was safe and affordable for our family. You could tell that was his priority--there was absolutely no upselling. If anything, he was working to get us the best possible deal. When it came time to finalize everything, we worked with Josh, who went above and beyond to get us into the price range we were comfortable with--without requiring a huge down payment and while still including extended warranties. I honestly don't know how he pulled it off, but we couldn't be happier. Finally, after a long day and even after the service center had closed, Bernie came back over just to check on us and make sure we felt good about everything. I've never experienced that level of care from a service department--it truly meant a lot. What started as a stressful situation--having my car towed there--ended up being such a blessing. I know when my husband is ready for a truck, we will absolutely be going back. From Vince and Bernie in service to Ken, Adam, and Josh on the sales side--the entire team was top-notch. The service, honesty, and compassion they showed meant everything to our family. Highly recommend.

Approximately two years ago, we purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from your dealership. During the…read morepurchasing process, I observed certain issues with the vehicle, specifically gaps in the passenger rear door and loose interior plastic at the bottom. When I brought these concerns to the attention of the sales representative, I was assured the vehicle had not been in an accident. Despite visible issues, the salesperson adamantly denied any accident history, even attributing the car's trade-in origin to a family member of the sales manager or another employee. Trusting the dealership's integrity, we moved forward with the purchase. The door issue was initially repaired but recurred within weeks, requiring excessive force to open due to the same interior plastic catching. When we contacted the dealership, John Simonelli, the General Manager, offered to inspect the vehicle and address the issue in your body shop. Given our distance from the dealership--an hour to an hour and a half away--this was a significant inconvenience. However, we trusted the dealership's word and refrained from pursuing the matter further at that time. Subsequently, a local mechanic confirmed the vehicle had likely been in an accident, citing signs such as "orange peel" on the paint. Despite this, we opted to keep the vehicle until recently, when we attempted to trade it in. The inspecting dealership confirmed the passenger-side door had clearly been involved in an accident, a finding that not only validated our earlier concerns but also could also diminished the vehicle's trade-in value. At this point, we were advised to contact Faulkner regarding the vehicle's undisclosed accident history. I reached out to Mr. Simonelli and, while he promptly returned my call, his tone and level of professionalism were disappointing. When we reiterated our concerns and the impact of the undisclosed accident on the vehicle's trade-in value, he appeared dismissive. He referenced a possible KBB value in excellent shape of around 8100 or so and that if the dealership I was working with was offering me $8,300 to take it. The new dealership WAS NOT OFFERING ME THAT, they said that would be the value in Excellent shape. Mr. Simonelli misunderstood what I said, or I did not articulate it well enough. I clearly stated our expectation that Faulkner Buick GMC West Chester, INC. take responsibility by repurchasing the vehicle and covering the outstanding balance, given the deceptive information provided at the time of sale. Despite my explanation, Mr. Simonelli diverted the discussion to irrelevant matters, such as the age of the purchaser. When I inquired about the relevance of this, he responded with some junk about well if they are minor... What does that have to do with anything !!! He then dismissed our request entirely, stating that the dealership would not take any action. When I mentioned that we would pursue legal avenues, his previously unprofessional demeanor further deteriorated, and he responded in an argumentative manner. Almost to the point of I bet you won't do that. I made it very clear that this is going to cost far more in legal fees for you as opposed to doing the right thing. As the conversation became increasingly contentious, I felt it necessary to end the discussion. We intend to pursue this matter further, including sharing our experience publicly and legally until a resolution is reached. Consumers place trust in longstanding dealerships like Faulkner Buick GMC West Chester, INC. to conduct business transparently and ethically, and this situation reflects a breach of that trust in my opinion. We hope for an amicable resolution to this matter.
