Jeffery was extremely pushy, can clearly see the bumper was screwed on to stay up. I bought a 2002 Camry from Mancini in 2012 or 2013. I replaced a fuse and ordered and installed a new latch for the center console. It leeks a little oil, but it is from 2002. Be careful when you talk to Randy, he seems to be very touchy. I called about a 1-owner used vehicle I found on Autotrader, which happened to be sold, so Randy offered to show me another one, "just as nice". It was a 3-owner smoked-in car with plenty of rust inside the engine and little dents and scratches here and there, so instead of wasting my time and that of the salesman I told him I wasn't interested. He asked why, so I told him. Nicely. For some reason he blew a gasket, accused me of being mean and having an attitude, called me a crab and just kept right on talking. Nice going, Randy. I had a recent good experience selling my family's car to Mancini Motors. One thing that impressed me from the start, was that Randy (sales) had paid real close attention to the car when I brought it in. He was immediately taking photos inside the engine compartment, etc. This is a lot more attention then it was given by others. Randy was also personable and straightforward. When Jamie (the owner) came back from a test drive with my car, he told me that "The car ran great, and he'd like to purchase it... and he'd like to make a *fair* offer." Given the fact that I had several offers for the car, and I knew various estimates (KBB, Edmond's), as well as had spent time surveying Craigslist, I knew what a fair offer was, and he hit it on the mark. There was no reason to try to go back at him and get him to raise the price -- it was actually what the car was worth, and I appreciate the brevity in the process. Deal done. No hassle. I wish I had seen the review below from Mary O. before I dealt with Randy. He is very touchy and spiteful. I told him on Friday night that I wanted to buy a truck but he said the bank was closed. I said ok that I would go home (2.5hours) away and complete finance information online and he would submit it first thing in the morning. I waited to hear from him until 10am when I called him and he still had not submitted my information but proceeded to tell me that another customer was there and was looking to buy the same truck. He never once asked me for a deposit. He told me he would submit my application and I would hear back in an hour. He called me back in an hour to tell me that another customer had bought the truck and that he never even submitted my finance application!!! He then said that he would never hold a car without a deposit and I told him that he never asked for one and that I would have been more than happy to give one on Friday. He then said that he was worried that I would not be approved because I was from NY! Then he had the nerve to ask if I wanted to buy the trade in that the second customer traded in!!! read more

If I would have Wrote this when I first bought this car I would have given Mancini 5stars. It's a good thing I waited. We purchased a 1998 Nissan Maxima. It included a 3 month or 3,500 mile warranty. Only 6 days after buying the car we experienced the first issue which was a strut that went. Reluctantly Mancini fixed it free of charge. They made it VERY clear this would be the last time they would fix anything free of charge. Then 3 weeks after purchasing the car the radiator fan went. We put it though the warranty and before even making our first payment we were in the hole money and time lost from work. Plus we had to borrow a car from a family member. I called Mancini that day to voice my concern with all of the issues the car was having. I wanted to know if I could pay to have the warranty extended. Jeff told me he would call me back and never did. I called him back after a week of not hearing from him and he said he still had to talk to the owner. I never heard back from him. I wasn't asking them to pay for the warranty to be extended, I was going to pay for it. I was also told they put new brakes on the car but my mechanic said that the car needs brakes and there was NO WAY breaks were put on this car 5 weeks ago. Now here we are with the newest problem... Get in the car to leave work and it's miss firing. We take it to our mechanic and he hooks it up to the computer and it's the 4th spark plug/coil. This happened on a Friday at 6:00. We call Mancini and no answer. This is the only way I can vent right now. I will also post anymore issue I have with the car. I hope no one else ever has to go through what we are going through. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MANCINI!!!!! They will seem like they are so nice and helpful at first until you are stuck with one of their piece of shit cars, then they won't call you back or have any answers for you. There are a bunch of dealerships on Main St. in Jeffersonville, just keep driving past Manicini's it's not worth the headache. Jamie is the owner that doesn't want to make things right and is a bad business man as far as I'm concerned , Jeff is the service manager (really nice) and I think if things were up to him that place wouldn't be like that. I am not doing this to make Mancini look bad but to warn everyone else (like how I was warned and I didn't listen... Believe me I wish I did). in short , dont waste your time a-typical loser used car dealers they think that your stupid yes you and if they can take advantage of that well then buyer beware, i traveled an hour or more easy from jersey because i happened to see a mustang i was interested in , my trade was an 06 limited crossfire in excellent condition and i dont say that lightly . i ve had at least 12 vehicles in 1 1/2 years easy from the new 370z to a porche box to a 328xi to a c-5 corvette ,so im not a dummy as mancinni would like to think .my advice is to go somewhere else reputable the cars are junk and wayyyyy over priced and i mean wayyyyyyyy over what they should be . heed my warning about this business or live with the consequenses of what you got stuck with at a rediculous interest rate ,they dont care about you or anyone else but themselves, example? i ended up with the mustang i wanted and it did have alot of work done but leaks gas rims bent let me leave with a torn rf tire the rims had locks on them but i never got a key hence ive paid for lock removal, they didnt stand behind this car it was covered for 3 months until i asked if it would pass nj inspection,then jamie decided to sell it as is if i wanted it so if you tell me they stand behind their units your full of it or you work for the company, just for the record i must have forgottton to leave my owners manual in the car and they are still calling me asking for it unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they never once called to say hey we have your wheel locks or you may have a bad tire or your front brakes are toast or hey dont drop a cig near the car because it leaks fuel but hey never know maybe they will decide to call when a few more months have passed since they are SO DEDICATED TO A FAIR DEAL AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE YYYYEEEAAAHHHH I DONT THINK SO BBBBUUUUTTTT HEY I COULD BE WRONG .
