    UPDATE: Owner replied to my review saying it wasn't warranted.... A review left by a customer who is looking for a car who came across a clearly botched repair job where the shady dealer is selling it as if it's original parts is not an unwarranted review buddy.... You lost my business because of this bad business practice & I decided to leave my personal review (warranted) & warn other customers. If they're willing to sell a luxury car with mismatch parts from an older model then I can only imagine what they'll do with the regular car brands. I'm lucky because I know about cars & this specific model, but if you aren't a car person then please bring someone with you who is & do a simple Google search to compare images/features//accessories/etc. This dealership is a joke

    They'll call relentlessly, even after you let them know you've purchased a car elsewhere. LOL The Schnauzer does not approve. They are stillllll calling! lol

    Tons of stupid hidden fees and not negotiating them. If you're planning on buying a car there expect to pay a $999 document fee. STUPID

    Went here to look at some EVs…read more First one we wanted to drive they claimed was being repaired. Classic bait and switch. Rep pushed us to test drive a similar one with higher miles. It was same price with 3x the miles. That had what sounded like bad bearings in rear motor. It also had serious accident history on carfax. They required a credit check before even letting you test drive. Pushing hard on all sorts of extended warranties, gap insurance, etc. Worst of all, you can only use their lenders which have much higher interest rates than my credit union. Next day went to Chevy dealer. Similar vehicle with even less miles and a CPO warranty. They took a copy of my driver's license, tossed me the keys and sent me off for a test drive. No up front credit check. Got back and I said, "I will take it". They had no issue going through my credit union but asked if I would give them the chance to match or beat the rate which they did. I said, "oh, BTW, I am not interested in any dealer add ons". No problem. Drove it home that day.

    PLEASE READ: This place is awful -- misleading and a total bait-and-switch. None of the cars…read moreadvertised are actually available, and the prices are never accurate. Many vehicles appear to be refurbished buy-backs or have been in accidents, which they may try to hide. Financing is another red flag: rates are extremely high, and when I offered to pay in cash, they tried to push me into a different, more expensive option. I also want to flag the CarVision Body Shop (303 W Elm St, Norristown, PA 19403) -- it's likely where they fix damaged cars before selling them, potentially to avoid reporting issues on Carfax. No one there speaks English well (not their fault), but it seems like they might be taken advantage of, which is concerning. If these suspicions are true, it could be illegal. Bottom line: Do not trust this dealership. If you even consider a car from them, have it thoroughly inspected by a trusted mechanic, verify the history, and expect the advertised price to be wrong. If you value honesty and transparency, shop elsewhere.

I ordered a 2026 Jeep Wrangler JL Sahara here, and it became apparent after I ordered it and it was delivered, the salesman hardly listened or understood me. I am not blaming him solely, but it was my ignorance as well. I wanted a softop pull back front top. Not the whole darn soft top. I told him this, but he let me order the duel top and I thought I was getting the "Freedom Top," WRONG. When the Jeep was delivered, I was surprised as to the size of the box in the back of the Jeep. Unbeknownst to me, it was the whole entire soft top. Anyhow, that was a costly mistake, I sold it at a $1500.00 loss and purchased the Freedom Top. I can live with this mistake, I guess I didn't make myselp perfectly clear, even though I initialed each line item. Prior to me taking ownership, I noticed a scratch in the left rear fender molding, after several emails back to the dealer, I was totally blown off and they never responded. I told the salesman, everytime I get in the Jeep or wash the car, I'll see that scratch, that was waste high. He tried to get it out, but it was too deep. Probably done by the trucker who took the Jeep off. Then when I got home, I noticed another less invasive mark in the right front trim. Probably done the same way. Anyone ordering a new vehicle, be very clear as to you wants or needs.

    I visited this location to get the car serviced. The appointment schedules are tough to get and…read morenormally 2 weeks out. The waiting area is good, with beverages and a snack. They have a nice seating area where you can work. The staff is friendly. They have an online status tracker about your car work in progress, which is cool. I use their online portal to schedule an appointment, which is easier.

Sign work order for $0. $0 2 hours later they finally finish. The only work performed was an oil change and an inspection. I come back to get car. Service advisor was less than pleasant. Says oh it'll be $89 now for the inspection since you bought the car in Princeton. I signed a work order for $0. I also have a mailer for $25 at Wynn Volvo, this dealer for ANY service or repair. So I give it to the service advisor. Oh, now I have to re-do the paperwork, not too happy about it. "Oh we don't take those. toward inspection anyways". Um it says any service And I never authorized any cost, then they used up our "last" 30000 mile service included with out Volvo purchase (gotta get that billable stuff for Volvo Warranty payout) . With service like these they normally wash the car. In 2 hours they couldn't wash the car as well...... Why? "oh we don't have anybody to shuttle cars to the carwash but here's a car wash coupon to go to some carwash and get your car washed. Horrible service here. Charge you for things you didn't authorize, use up warranty oil change 12,500 miles away to get more revenue for themselves. Absolutely would never purchase a vehicle here or ever do any more service with this place. You can tell a bit about a place on how they treat a customer that purchased a vehicle from them. However you can really tell a lot about a dealership on how they treat a customer that purchased their vehicle at another dealership because this dealer didn't have the vehicle we were looking for 2 years ago and with limited inventory now as well. The greeter at the front could not have been less friendly. Friendly to co workers, not once even acknowledged i was even there. I walked in an out 3 times to the lot killing time. I was there an hour before anyone arrived to work. The only person in this whole dealership that even could say hello was a very friendly mechanic that happened to be coming through when I was waiting for someone to check me in. Two hours observing a business you learn a lot about its internal culture. This place has a poor business culture. Hey, maybe it was how I was dressed. I was unshaven in my coaches garb. Outside of that I'm in a field of evaluating, consulting and enhancing customer service standards. We don't plan on doing business with Wynn based on our experience. I can't recommend you do as Well.
