I made an appointment at their opening time on a Saturday morning, and knew I had to wait there while the car was being examined. There was a very nice waiting room, with a TV and wifi. As a part-time student, I just did some readings for classes while they inspected my car. I was expecting to be there for around two hours, but was told after a little over an hour that I was all set. Excellent no-nonsense service and the employees were very friendly, especially at an early time on a Saturday morning. Will re-visit for any future car-related issues.

I brought in my Porsche Turbo and they took the time to look up the PDK services I was curious about and mentioned that it called for a lot of oil and I would only be charged for what was actually used. That is voluntary on their part and very welcome. I love high performance German cars and so do they and with them back in my corner I am happy again. Communication is key and we have that back. Highly recommended if you own European car.

When I arrived on time, I was told that the person who booked my appointment had overbooked the schedule and they could no longer fit me in. While the technician I spoke with was polite and professional, that doesn't change the fact that my time was wasted due to poor scheduling and internal miscommunication. I specifically made an appointment to avoid this exact situation. The earliest they could reschedule me was Monday, which didn't work for me. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Overall, very disappointing experience. If you're going to offer appointments, you need to honor them.
