false "Diesel fuel Contamination Sample" they gave me

CarVision misdiagnosed my car as having DIESEL FUEL in the tank. The whole experience was HORRENDOUS. I broke down on the side of the road and spent hours waiting for a call back from both service departments -- which never came. The tow truck ultimately had to leave my car across the street once I could not get anyone on the phone, and I had to Uber there the next day just to drop off the key. I was told it would take 24-48 hours to diagnose, but after multiple unreturned calls and days of being told "it's on the lift," they finally claimed my tank was contaminated a week later, quoted me $1,300+, and even gave me a water bottle with supposed fuel from my car. This led to an unnecessary investigation with Wawa fuel -- all based on their false diagnosis. A certified mechanic later confirmed the real issue was a fuel injector recall covered by Hyundai warranty. No diesel was ever in my tank. On top of that, my fuel pump fuse had been removed and not replaced, causing further delays, unnecessary diagnostic charges, and a dead battery. Because of CarVision's negligence, I lost weeks without my car, spent thousands on rentals, paid for multiple tows and diagnostic bills, and endured endless stress -- even missing a close friend's wedding. I reached out to management and was ignored. Please beware -- this was one of the worst and most costly service experiences I've ever had.

Scammers! Please don't buy a car from this dealership. The 2018 Infiniti QX60 Luxe was posted on Edmunds for $16,999. I called the dealership and they informed me that the car is available, so I scheduled a 5 p.m. appointment. I received a text from a guy named Luis who gave me directions and assured me that someone would help when I arrived at 5 p.m. One of the agents there looked at the car when I arrived and informed me that it was $21,999. They also showed me the pricing on their website. I texted Luis, who confirmed the same, saying he saw the price displayed as $16,999. I returned and requested to talk with the manager, but he arrived after 15 minutes and stated that he does not understand how the price of $16,999 was displayed on Edmunds. They wasted my time; I drove over two hours to look at the vehicle.

2021 BMW, X1

I was searching for a lightly used BMW X1 and was able to find one with low mileage at Car Vision Trooper/ Norristown. This was on a Sunday afternoon. I received an email setting up a Monday morning appointment within an hour. My sales person was Quinn Thibault, Quinn was informative, responsive to my questions, and easy to work with. He extended himself to me in several ways, including coming in early to accommodate my time need for pick up of my new car. I appreciated his competent, pleasant demeanor. I will be referring people to him in the future. The finance managers were competent and helped get financing and Insurance I was happy with. If you want cushy, this is not the place to go. But if you want to get a good deal on a good car with competent people, this is your place.

The car was purchased 13 days ago so $4.27 x 13 = ~$55.42. so much for 'no interest'. I would not go back to this dealership if they were giving away cars. They lie.

Buying the car was great... not so much the car and the service after…read more March: bought my son a used car from a car dealership and purchased the extended warranty. May: Only 255 miles put on the car and the check engine light came on. Downstream oxygen sensor was replaced. Not covered under warranty. July: 125 miles later, check engine light comes back on. Air temperature sensor was replaced. Not covered under warranty. September: check engine light came back on for the same code in July (P2097), but went away after a few days and before the scheduled appointment, so we canceled the appointment. October 28: my son said it feels like the engine is miss-firing. We took the car in and... thay said it's the catalytic converter that needs to be replaced and its NOT covered under the warranty they sold me. I was also told they replaced a sensor right before I bought the car. Less than 900 miles on the car since we bought it. The problem was there when it was sold to me!!!! Decided to cut ties with CarVision in Trooper since the extended warranty they sold me doesn't cover anything and never got a call back from a sales manager after I left a message... but of course not until they charged me $161 for diagnostics.

I ordered a 2026 Jeep Wrangler JL Sahara here, and it became apparent after I ordered it and it was delivered, the salesman hardly listened or understood me. I am not blaming him solely, but it was my ignorance as well. I wanted a softop pull back front top. Not the whole darn soft top. I told him this, but he let me order the duel top and I thought I was getting the "Freedom Top," WRONG. When the Jeep was delivered, I was surprised as to the size of the box in the back of the Jeep. Unbeknownst to me, it was the whole entire soft top. Anyhow, that was a costly mistake, I sold it at a $1500.00 loss and purchased the Freedom Top. I can live with this mistake, I guess I didn't make myselp perfectly clear, even though I initialed each line item. Prior to me taking ownership, I noticed a scratch in the left rear fender molding, after several emails back to the dealer, I was totally blown off and they never responded. I told the salesman, everytime I get in the Jeep or wash the car, I'll see that scratch, that was waste high. He tried to get it out, but it was too deep. Probably done by the trucker who took the Jeep off. Then when I got home, I noticed another less invasive mark in the right front trim. Probably done the same way. Anyone ordering a new vehicle, be very clear as to you wants or needs.

They have a nice seating area where you can work. The staff is friendly. They have an online status tracker about your car work in progress, which is cool. I use their online portal to schedule an appointment, which is easier.

Sign work order for $0. $0 2 hours later they finally finish. The only work performed was an oil change and an inspection. I come back to get car. Service advisor was less than pleasant. Says oh it'll be $89 now for the inspection since you bought the car in Princeton. I signed a work order for $0. I also have a mailer for $25 at Wynn Volvo, this dealer for ANY service or repair. So I give it to the service advisor. Oh, now I have to re-do the paperwork, not too happy about it. "Oh we don't take those. toward inspection anyways". Um it says any service And I never authorized any cost, then they used up our "last" 30000 mile service included with out Volvo purchase (gotta get that billable stuff for Volvo Warranty payout) . With service like these they normally wash the car. In 2 hours they couldn't wash the car as well...... Why? "oh we don't have anybody to shuttle cars to the carwash but here's a car wash coupon to go to some carwash and get your car washed. Horrible service here. Charge you for things you didn't authorize, use up warranty oil change 12,500 miles away to get more revenue for themselves. Absolutely would never purchase a vehicle here or ever do any more service with this place. You can tell a bit about a place on how they treat a customer that purchased a vehicle from them. However you can really tell a lot about a dealership on how they treat a customer that purchased their vehicle at another dealership because this dealer didn't have the vehicle we were looking for 2 years ago and with limited inventory now as well. The greeter at the front could not have been less friendly. Friendly to co workers, not once even acknowledged i was even there. I walked in an out 3 times to the lot killing time. I was there an hour before anyone arrived to work. The only person in this whole dealership that even could say hello was a very friendly mechanic that happened to be coming through when I was waiting for someone to check me in. Two hours observing a business you learn a lot about its internal culture. This place has a poor business culture. Hey, maybe it was how I was dressed. I was unshaven in my coaches garb. Outside of that I'm in a field of evaluating, consulting and enhancing customer service standards. We don't plan on doing business with Wynn based on our experience. I can't recommend you do as Well.
