The service manager, tech and even cashier were sarcastic, demeaning to women and outright rude! I had my other vehicle serviced at their Cadillac sister store and had great service. It's hard to believe the stark difference in culture between the two Companies I won't be back to Hill, there are plenty of options for sales and service without the attitude and rudeness of their staff. I'm also writing to GM based upon their lack of professionalism. Mary Barra needs to know what people like this are doing to the Buick / GM brand. Do yourself a favor and move past this establishment!

Hill GMC's Service Dept. has had it more than 6 separate times for a total of over 10 days to fix this, failed to do so, and are now telling me essentially that they're done and I need to contact GM directly because "they've tried to fix it and haven't even been paid by GM yet." And the only loaners provided are compact rentals thru a local agency. The only reason I'm giving them ONE star is for effort, not results. (At one point the interim Svc. Mgr. even tried to tell me this total loss of all gauges, including fuel, temp., amp meter, gear selection indicator, and odometer is a "normal" occurrence, per a service GM bulletin he misconstrued.) In comparison, my wife gets a free loaner for the asking on routine service of her 9 year-old Mercedes wagon, and it's returned washed every time.

Bob (Weather's service manager) had a warranted refurbished transmission installed in 5 days for a very fair $2800. He also repaired other minor things like bulbs and coolant flushing for no charge. Being stuck so far from home makes you vulnerable and ripe to be screwed by mechanics. Instead, I have to figure out how to get my car to Weathers from Florida the next time I break down. Thanks guys.

Within a week of purchasing my Jeep i noticed steering issues and when i took it back i wash charged for repairs of existing issues that were there prior to purchase. On another visit, i brought my car in because it was cutting of on me and giving a false message of overheating. I was charged a diagnostic fee and told they could not find an issue and sure enough the next day my car died. It was the battery the whole time and they admitted they never checked my battery. They refused me a refund and Bill laughed at my frustation. After three visits, I was repeatedly given uncertain explanations with no clear answers. This dealership is a scam, they lack accountability, thorough diagnostics, and customer care. I strongly recommend you go anywhere else.

Everyone I dealt with at Hill Cadillac was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Some of my…read morefrustrations come from working with an inexperienced sales representative. Again, very nice person, but had to look up every question I asked him about the cars I was test driving as I went. I ended up buying a Cadillac Lyriq EV. The car is great, even though it arrived with a couple of scratches in the plastic on the dash and rearview that were too deep to buff out, but frankly those were bound to happen, so might as well have the seal broken early I guess. I was transitioning from a Tesla to the Cadillac and I asked specifically if my phone would function as a digital key to the Lyriq and I was told that yes, it would. Period. Turns out that my phone will not function as a digital key to the Lyriq. I will give a big shout-out to Dave in their IT department for researching if it was possible for a couple of days before getting back to me and telling me that my Samsung was not compatible with the Lyriq and I would have to buy a Google Pixel for compatibility. Note: as of yet the Pixel also will not function as a digital key even though I have gone through the process of pairing it and making it a trusted device and going through the complete online troubleshooting guide. I had also asked if my Tesla charger was compatible with the Lyriq and was told that yes, it would be with the included adapter. Turns out that the adapter was not included and cost an additional 300$. Also turns out that I've gotta go in to my Tesla charger at work and at home and reconfigure the entire things to make it work with the Lyriq. As of yet I have not been able to make it work despite being back and forth with customer support a lot. Lastly, before the car had left the lot I'd reached out to my sales rep because I found they had a model with better acceleration and more features that I had not test driven and I hoped that I could switch to that model and was told no. It was still available. Which is too bad because I would have gladly paid the extra money for the faster model. In general when I was initially looking at cars their communication was fantastic and quick to respond with texts. As the sale closed and thereafter the responses to my questions (there weren't a lot) dropped off significantly or ceased all together. The scheduled drop-off of the car was also 30 minutes late with no heads up, which threw off my day a little. So I've got this beautiful car that drives like a dream sitting in my driveway that I can't charge, can't use features I was told came with it, and I've spent 1600$ additional dollars for adapters and a new phone, which as of yet don't work. The purchasing part was pleasant and fairly easy but it isn't the experience I would expect from a luxury car dealership. It was also a significant departure from Tesla, where every single part of the process worked immediately upon purchase.

Kevin Rafferty told my husband -and I quote - We are now divorced...how immature (for an old man himself)...told my husband to go somewhere else. We are now in touch with headquarters. Hopefully they will help us.

Let me start off with, I don't expect a used car, 2019 Subaru forester to be mechanically free. I…read morebought this used from Rafferty in April of 2025, with I'm sorry to say, a tire, paint, and extended warranty, totaling $4000. Replaced the battery in December 2025, and had to buy 3 new tires in March, which I didn't get batteries or tires from Rafferty. The right front wasn't going to pass inspection, because it has 2 gouges out of it. Meanwhile I had it to Raffertys shop for all the tires deflating 5lbs of pressure in a month, back in September, October, and December, and they told me nothing was wrong with the tires, and the tpms' were bad and not covered under warranty, that'll be $800. I walked out...Come March 2026 for inspection and it won't pass because of the front right having gouges out of it, and was told the other 3 will need to be replaced because they will screw up the all wheel, because they were old, and putting 1 new one on will ruin it. So I take it back to Raffertys, spend almost 2 hours, and they tell me that the tire, and the TPMs' are covered under my tire warranty and the extended warranty, and I'll only have a $100 deductible. So I left went to Costco got the tires, also while speaking to Rafferty's, and same tech, to make sure they have the same brand and model tire I am putting on, and I told him the TPMs were only $60 each to replace at Costco, his reply was that it wouldn't have Subaru on it...and he said, why would you do that if they are covered under your warranty. Next step is Raffertys to get the new tire on, and TPMs replaced. He had me scheduled for Monday, but the weather was going to be bad on Monday, and the tire was in, so I asked if I could come in on Saturday. I called Saturday @8:30am, and he said sure we'll fit you in. Got there at about 9:00, and I repeated to him, that this was only going to be $100, and he said yes and Scharr. About 3 hours later, he comes to me and tells me he's still working with Zurich on my warranties..and hour later he calls me over and tells me that it doesn't look like the tire, or the TPMs are not covered under my warranty. I told them to take the tire, and the TPMs the fuck out. Saturdays the waiting area was dead, compared to weekdays. This dealership was being shady, and I wasn't going to say, oh well, I guess I have to pay for it..an hour later, he came to me said he spoke with someone, and it's all taken care of , your total is $100. My point in this review is that if I buckled they would have had $1200 from me. On the other 2 occasions that I was sitting in their beautiful waiting room, which had at least 25 people in it, and the staff would go to a customer and tell them their quote, and the 3 that I listened in on were all over $500 repairs. So I've talked with many people about my ordeal with Raffertys and I'm not along in the theivery and lying that goes on with this place. If my cars engine or trans goes, it'll be going to concordville, otherwise it goes to a trusted local mechanic. I told him when I left that I will never step foot in that place again, and he had the guts to say, why. I told him that I don't like to be told 1 thing 3 times, only to sit here for hours and you give me the switch, and he said he never asked me to pay for the tire and TPMs. I said what does it mean when you tell me that it's not covered under warranty??? Got in my car and left. The word that comes to mind when I think about Raffertys is sheister, and I hope anyone reading this takes this warning seriously, unless you don't mind giving them money unnecessarily.
