I found a car I liked online at Fellah Auto Group and scheduled an appointment to test drive the car last week. Before the appointment I researched what I thought I would do for a down-payment and then figured what I could afford per month if I liked the car. Before even wasting time on a test drive, I informed Will (sales) of my #'s and he thought it sounded reasonable. Since I live locally & make no decisions without the approval of my wife I test drove the car with Will and took it home so she and my daughter could approve. Two hours later, I was signing papers with Doc (finance) and the car was clean and waiting for me to pull away. Great people to do business with and the easiest time I ever had buying a car at a dealer. After the fact, they needed to get the second key from their dealer in Bristol and I was a little uneased when I didn't hear from them but the same day I asked them about it I was called back to come by and snag the key. I would recommend anyone looking for a car at really any range to look at the Fellah web-site, do your homework, and then call Will for some help. Also, don't be swayed away from them because the cars on the lot are dirty. I did initially - until I realized they have billboards above them and well . . . Birds do what Birds do . . . Thanks again to Will & Doc . . . read more

A bunch of unprofessional salesman in there. I would never go back. Made me feel like shit because of my credit score. Wouldn't even let me look at the car I originally came there for because my credit score was too low. I could've had someone co sign but I never would have them do it at a place like that. They also said I was trying to finance a $32k vehicle. The vehicle was listed for 29k and I could've put down 3-5k. It just felt really shady. read more

So far now going on six months and my truck issue has not been resolved. They are literally holding my truck hostage refusing to repair it refusing to replace it with another one and still charging me $35 a day storage they know I'm on a fixed income, and I don't have the money. I have two daughters who live with me and I take care of this was our only vehicle and now we've been stuck without a vehicle for six months Cause even though I had the truck for four months in my possession one and a half of those months it was in the shop getting repaired worst dealership in Delaware County and Bristol County. I advise nobody to buy a car from this place ever they are the worst dealership in the tri-state area. If you had bought a car from them all I can say is good luck. read more

financed a car with Fellah's Auto Group about 10 months ago. (I've drove 700 miles per month) totaling 7,000 so far. This will be my third issue with this car this last time being the worse. So, apparently prior to me buying the car from Fellah's Auto Group work was done at some point with the compressor causing the serpentine belt to fall off as well as damage being done to the engine resulting in my vehicle shutting off in the middle of the street. After towing my car for the second time I reached out to of course the place I purchased it from (as I have in the past) to explain what's going on. I was dismissed twice by the Sales Manager in the Springfield location. I did however receive a call from Paul (Service Manager in Bristol Pa) inquiring about the issues with my car I even went as far as having him speak with my mechanic only for him to do nothing but make up excuses for something that was clearly an preexisting issue.....side note I will be adding pics of the bolts that are broke off in the engine because of Fellah's half A** job......YELP SHOULD OFFER THE ZERO STARS OPTION. read more

I called Fellah Autos -Springfield to cancel an appt. stating that my son got cold feet. A salesperson named Essence said tell him to call me, I will explain the procedure to him and answer any questions. They talked a few weeks later. We not only found the Nissan Rouge SUV with low mileage ready for a test drive, but a selection. I hope Fellah Springfield appreciates this salesperson, no pressure, but good customer service. This is the second Nissan Rouge SUV our family has purchased from Fellah. If you're shopping for a car or SUV stop call this company next door to WaWa on Baltimore Pike in Springfield. read more

Avoid this place like the plague!!! They lie and try to manipulate you every chance they get! They use untruthful business practices! They absolutely will try to take advantage of you if they think you won't ask the right questions. They showed me a car for one price and then tried to put paperwork though increasing the price by $6,000 without telling me!!!! Had I not known what I was already expecting number wise, I would have been none the wiser. They made it seem like it was a regular process, which I know for a fact wasn't. Please save yourself and buy from somewhere else. read more

I had a 2003 Saturn ion that was not in the best shape and was more than ready for a upgrade. I came to fellah auto group and they not only put me in a 2017 nissian altima but they were able take my Saturn as a trade in and my down payment. S, X, and Tim were all great and made the whole signing process easy and quick. I gave Tim my parameters for the car I wanted and he was able to find me something that closely met my budget and things I wanted from a car. S spent time calling several insurance companies for me to ensure I was getting the best deal and the lowest cost for my new insurance. The team was great they explained things to me in terms I could understand and were genuine, which I greatly appreciated. I love my new car thank you X, Tim, and S!! read more

Although I have not dealt directly with any of the staff yet I can tell you I have been by their lot several times to check out their inventory. They seem to have nice clean cars and I look forward to actually seeing if I can work something out with them. New cars are just so expensive anymore. Many of their cars are relatively new and priced right. I'll be sure to update this review should I actually make a purchase or engage any of the sales team. read more

In November of 2016, I purchased a 2015 jeep Cherokee with over 120,000 miles on it. The car looked really nice and we'd been assured it had been given the once over for safety and security. Y the folks at Fellah. I noticed that the car had some quirks, but it was an older car so I didn't think much of it. That turned out to be a mistake. The car literally began to fall apart. The stereo didn't work. The temperature control didn't work. In early January to car overheated, so I had it towed to Fellah. Turned out that the engine had trouble and needed a huge repair. After lots of back and forth, I finally got in touch with the owner, Remi, who agreed to fix the car for free and I only need to pay for parts. This was agreeable to me, so I let them work on my car. When I picked it up I still noticed that there were many problems. I have had it with this jeep. I had asked on several occasions for fellah to buy the jeep back, and they would not do this. Today I treated in the Jeep and got $2500 credit towards a different car at a reputable dealer right down the street from fella. The people at the reputable car dealership told me that it is known in the local used car industry that the people at Fellah are, and I quote "scumbags" These people are the reason there are so many jokes about used cars and used car salesman. They will be very polite and charming, while they sell you a car that might hold on for a month or two. If you value your time and money, do not go to fellah auto group. They are pirates in disguise. read more

Two month ago I bought my son a car from your Springfield lot. After 4 wks it broke down and it took them 3 wks to fix it. That's not the worst part, they used it to transport auto parts and the interior is ruined. Were also trying to figure out They must have got into a accident because the passenger side door will not shut right and the front tire is bent out. I would suggest no one to ever use Fellah. I'm very unsatisfied, this was probably the worst mistake of my life. Time to contact a lawyer. read more

I can't believe it! I have an amazing new car thanks to the folks at Fellah Auto Group! I came to Fellah Auto Group to look at a truck. The employees were very courteous and let us look at the vehicle. They did not bother us while we were looking at the truck, unlike other dealerships. We were able to test drive it with no problems at all. Overall I was very satisfied with this dealership. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. read more

I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about my experience with Fellah Auto Group in Springfield. My husband and I live local and were searching for a new vehicle for myself. You have quite a few nice vehicles on your lot and website. I have worked with Malcolm in the past, so I know him personally. I am in the automotive business myself, so trust me when I tell you I know exactly what you should and should not do. Now to be honest, our credit is not the best, we have a vehicle together already and both have motorcycle loans, however, on my credit report it looks like an auto loan, which it is not. When purchasing the last car, we got a letter from my Credit Union, stating that the loan was in fact for a motorcycle and not an automobile. We did not talk to Malcolm himself, all of the conversations were between my husband and Jim. Malcolm insisted the "Auto" loan on my credit was for a vehicle not a motorcycle. His demeanor was unprofessional, yelling in the back round when my husband was on the phone with Jim, it was rude to all involved and we felt as thought he simply just didn't want to help us. Again, I have gotten a letter in the past stating it is for a motorcycle, but he did not want to hear it.Trying to support local small business and knowing Malcolm, I thought we try purchasing from you, that did not work out as planned. So going forward, I just wanted to let you know my experience as I do not want another customer to experience what we went through. Malcolm should after all of these years of being in sales, know how to speak to people, he is not superior and shouldn't talk to customers as if he is. By the way, I did end up getting a 2016 Ford Fusion from another dealership, who we felt wanted to "help" with our credit situation. read more
