Bought my used truck here, to be 100% honest the purchase was a relatively easy headache free transaction, was a newer used f350 still under factory warranty. Upon leaving the dealership going home snyc 4 screen started glitching, call and they said bring it in it probably needs a update. This is where all the drama begins, took truck in spent half a day as they reprogramed it, never even got off the lot and screen still glitched was told to make another appointment and they would give me a loaner to drive. So I leave the truck 4 days and upon pickup was told we reprogrammed it, I'm like didn't you already do that ? Told its fixed, again upon leaving dealership screen starts glitching again so now I'm frustrated you've had my truck 5 days and nothing is fixed. Told bring it back will give you a loaner, get home and call ford customer service and open a claim and informed service and give them the claim number and was told you just complicated the whole process. I didn't understand till later why. Was told system put out a code that required the entire snyc 4 system be replaced it will be a week. Ok, as long as its fixed I'm ok with that, 8 days later no updates from service so I call and am told will call you back so I wait 2 hours no update so I call back and finally get someone on the phone, now keep in mind I can track when my truck is moved and last started via ford app. There also was a small trim piece on the roof and a trim piece to be replaced on the dash also and you have had my truck 8 days but it hasn't moved or been started in 5 days, the response from service is parts are 5 days out, also we replaced a power cable and the screen for snyc 4 and my response is you told me you were going to replace the entire snyc 4 system because when I took it in it had completely failed. It took these 3 trips to understand what was going on, prior owner had added stuff to the truck and damaged the power to snyc 4, and this was a issue when you sold me the truck with prior damage caused by previse owner but because the truck is under factory warranty they are trying to get ford to pay for it and its not a factory defect it was caused by old owner and your to cheap to own up to it and pay for the proper repair, hence why your annoyed I called ford customer service. I got loud with the service writer and yes I'm pissed, at this point you've had my new to me truck longer than i have, 13 days to be exact and I'm being told some parts are still 5 days out. Call sales and they take parts off another truck on the lot and mostly finish my truck and after a total of 14 days I get it back, minus the interior trim piece that was damaged by prior owner which was supposed to be ordered the day I purchased the truck. On a we owe slip I have documented that truck will pass inspection for tint I kinda knew it would fail and had to pay to have tint removed and was told we will reimburse you for that, that was 7 weeks ago not any reimbursement. Interior dash piece that was supposed to be ordered upon purchase of truck and I told them just mail it to me has never arrived 7 weeks later. Got a call 2 weeks ago asking how my service went and went trough the whole story and was told I'll have the service manager call you, that was 2 weeks ago and no call from service manager. 14 days my truck spent there and its still not complete, I went ahead and purchased the dash piece myself as I didn't want the hole in my dash. Cleary they played games trying to get ford to pay for the snyc 4 problem since I'm still within factory warranty, my opening a claim via customer service forced their hand but I had no idea at the time I simply wanted my truck fixed so service writer has no issue just plain out lying to you. Did i get loud and obnoxious, absolutely I did, the timeframe and constantly being told parts are 5 days out is outrageous, this was about service saving a few bucks as a snyc 4 system is expensive and they were trying to scam ford into paying for it. So never reimbursed for tint removal, purchased interior trim piece on my own dime, this is without a question the worst service department I've ever seen will lie to you and ford to save a few dollars and that comes down to a shady service manager policy. Again the sale wasn't to bad it was the shady service department that ruined this, avoid this place and don't expect any service after the sale. One thing that infuriates me more than anything is being lied to, there is no integrity or honesty within this service department. read more

Please save yourself money and anxiety, go anywhere but to Robin Ford. Bought a used Ford truck, only to bring it back several times to get it fixed. They overfilled my air conditioner and told me it was fixed. If that wasn't caught it could have blown my condenser. I didn't even get to drive the truck home, after I signed the papers I was informed they needed to keep it a week to look it over. to make sure I was getting a good truck,and to clean it. What I got back was a dirty disgusting truck, that would need to worked on five more times in three months. I got a call from their warranty dept. Told me I was gonna get a refund because I paid for parts that were under warranty ( I told the lead mechanic it was ) a month later, no money sent, when I call I am ignored. If you want your car to be at their shop for half the time you own it then go ahead and buy from here, bad company to buy any vehicle from or get work done they don't fix it they bandage it to get your warranty done then you're done..Bought a truck that took 2 weeks to get fixed and cleaned, then found throw up in back seat when got it home and drugs under driver's seat and not a little bag the police were stunned at what they found in truck, they make you buy a crap vehicle then get you to get warranty so you can pay to be fixed instead of them fixing it, my vehicle has been there 11 times in a year to be fixed they have put 1000 miles on my vehicle out of the 4500 miles on it, go somewhere else you will save yourself a massive amount of problems, PS.. also dented my vehicle and broke my mirror...BAD PLACE..... read more

this place put 100 miles on my 2018 mustang after repairs and claimed it was because the check engine light was on after they fixed my problem. allegedly they NEEDED to drive if for 100 miles in order for the light to go out. so, in other words, they should be allowed to drive my car for 100 miles overnight and i should be happy about it. read more

They sell crap and over charge, and if you don't believe me, here's how u can tell, first they show u cars that aren't cleaned up or inspected, and they say could take a day to get cleaned up and checked out, meanwhile ur signing papers and buying thinking ur gonna get a nice car all good and clean tomorrow, WRONG, and u signed paperwork and own it, so now they string u along for 2 days then four now a week, and now ur screwed, who would want a car a week after buying it, with all these repairs and problems that were not said at the time of purchase.. Mother-in-law got an inspection, the worker left taffy in the engine. The squirrels or mice got into into the engine and chewed wiring. They took no ownership and said "stuff like this happens". Did not offer any assistance or reimbursement. Stay away!! read more

I've always hated buying cars. Bad experiences in the past, plus a general distaste for the process soured me. It got to the point where I'd rather go to the dentist than buy a car. I was in the market for one last week. I just happened to see in my research that Robin Ford had one that had everything I was looking for. Since I live close to them, I gave them first crack at my business. And I left with a 2014 Ford Escape at a price I could live with. I didn't need to go anywhere else. Simply stated, this might have been the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Eric Kane, my sales associate, is easy to deal with. I've dealt with some really slick sales associates that I wouldn't trust in the past. Eric was the complete opposite. He never pressured me and he was straightforward the whole time. Every time I pass Robbing Ford, I get angrier. This last October, my engine lite came on in my 2016 Ford Edge. Hoping that it was just a fuse, I went to AutoZone to have them diagnose the problem. They diagnosed the problem for free and told me that it was the evaporative emissions vent control valve. They carry the part but were sold out at the moment. Its costs around $80. dollars. Like a fool, I took it to Robbing Ford where they really took me to the cleaners. I told them that I needed a E.V.A.P replaced only but they said that they have to do their own diagnosis no matter what and that it was 100% guaranteed. For replacing one part, they charged me $649.95 for labor and $360.85 for parts with a combined total of $983.55. If that wasn't enough pain, when I drove out of the shop, I noticed the engine lite was still on. I called them immediately and returned a few days later. They charged me another $159.00 for an additional diagnosis. I told them that the first diagnosis should have been 100% guaranteed but they just made up some weak excuse why they needed another diagnosis to get their service writer's commission check. I learned one valuable lesson from this occurrence, if you need your car repaired, stay away from this dealership. Please tell your friends also. read more

I purchased a 2019 F-150 in 2021, agreed to a price but it had yet to be inspected so I had to wait til next day, within a month the sync system failed (would not update from my Wi-Fi) scheduled an appointment and dropped it off. 7.5 hours later I called expecting a big issue due to the time they had it, nope it just needed an update, all that time for a 20min if that fix, burned a whole day of work. My daughter purchased a used Ford Escape that developed problems stalling and not starting after being driven for awhile. Nothing seemed to fix the issue so we brought it in and within hours they found the problem, repaired it and everything was good again. It's the easy way to pretend all issues is about your bad English, and it's what you gonna hear from Robin Ford in situation like my. My issue is, that I buy a car with broken door lock and flat tire. I use to play deductibles to fix it, and that's not a real problem. The real problem is, that 2 hours lock replacement cost me a tree days without my business car. Tree days! And every day they play like it's ok that I'm still waiting and have to wait more. After all, I've a call from manager with questions about my experience, and punishment that what kind of business do I do, that I need this car?! What's the deal about my profession, other don't do that! And I use to take an advice from Maneger, not to play unhappy customer in next time, just do what Maneger says and don't count another $20-30... It was very busy when I got there to drop my car off and the service desk people didn't even acknowledge me waiting. I stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone talked to me - a simple "Hi, I have couple calls coming in I'll be with you shortly" would have been an appropriate action but I was ignored. Once I got to the counter it seemed like they couldn't find my appointment (I booked online, so maybe something wrong with their system). They also needed me to list out all of my contact information for them to manually enter into their system - it's complete in my Ford online account, perhaps the systems don't talk to each other very well. They sold me a car no problem "with missing hubcap and a tire that had a leak". I contacted them about it and they told me several times they ordered the hubcap when they didn't. Then they tried to get me to pay for it myself. When I finally got a hold of the manager I was visibly frustrated and they told me once again that they ordered it. This time I got a receipt. They refused to take responsibility for the tire and once again wanted to charge me. This experience has been very unprofessional and I won't be taking my car back there again for any service. read more

absolutely horrible sales department. went in and test drove a car. i told them I wanted to trade in my wifes harley . they said " no problem". i told them roughly how much I wanted for trading it in and they said "we were close". I went and got the bike and came back,the salesman comes out and said our numbers would be way off. now i am ticked off. i asked him why he made me go get the bike and come back if we werent close.
