Cavallo deserves a 10/10! I've had the pleasure of working with Frank twice, and both experiences exceeded my expectations. Each time I picked up my car, it looked brand new. From start to finish, Frank was knowledgeable, transparent, and extremely communicative. He provided regular updates throughout the repair process and always took the time to answer calls/questions, even after I got my car back. Most importantly, he genuinely cares about your car as much as you do and wants the best possible outcome for his customers. When I had a small card issue with the rental car charge (which was at my own fault), he helped fix the problem with one phone call. Beyond the repair, he even informed me of entitlement to diminished value - something no other shop has mentioned to me before. Finding a shop you can trust is important, and Cavallo, specifically Frank, consistently delivers exceptional workmanship. read more

I brought my Tesla Model S with some minor front bumper damage from a brush with my garage door which scuffed and dislocated the left side from the fender. I stopped by for an estimate. Sixto said a bumper replacement would cost about $3,000 or more and said he would take it into the shop for a look. He came out 15 minutes later and secured the bumper, buffed out the paint and it looked almost perfect. They didn't even charge me and Sixto wouldn't accept a tip. An amazing place who I will trust Them with any future work and would recommend anyone with any body and fender issue (especially is a Tesla) to see Cavallo. Jim Bergey read more

Cavallo Auto Body exceeded my expectations with their exceptional repair work and customer service. Frank Garvey guided me through the process with clear communication and frequent updates on my Volvo XC60 repair. The replacement of the bumper and fender was completed to the highest standard, and the finished result looked showroom new. Their commitment to quality and professionalism is second to none. It was well worth the drive from my home in Smyrna, DE. read more

My experience here wasn't good. When I walked through the door this afternoon, I received a chilly response from the front desk receptionist. When I was speaking about what I came in for, I briefly looked at her and noticed that she was standoffish and was not listening to me. She did not like me and was very rude. She was not acknowledging me and she did not care. It was obvious. I continued the conversation with a man at the counter who was responsive and respectful towards me. It was the most uncomfortable I experience I've ever had coming into a place of business. I will never come back here. All people walking through the door should be respected and listened to, regardless of who they are. It was poor customer service and unnecessarily rude. To be honest, I got the sense that she thought she was superior to me and would not speak to me. I deserve to be spoken to with respect and to be treated fairly and equally. read more

I should have submitted this review last year. But I could not say enough about the quality of the work and customer service. CJ helped me throughout the process and the work is flawless. I will be back. I like to keep my car looking new and they did just that. Installed an aftermarket front end on my e90 and became my home for painting and detail. Dont let the high end cars in the lot scare you off. They do top quality work but dont break the bank. read more

Chris and Colleen are an absolute pleasure to work with when it comes to communicating about auto repairs. Vehicular collisions are never a fun process to be involved in, and usually extremely stressful. The employees at cavallos helped me every step of the way, with emails and calls regularly to update me about my vehicular repairs. They have great customer service and communication skills, not to mention they do amazing body work!!! read more

After I was the victim of a hit and run from a rogue deer my insurance company directed me towards one of their affiliated shops. Having just purchased my car, I was concerned about some of these affiliated shops attention to detail. Anybody who has driven by Cavallo on route 202 will understand why I chose to go here instead. If they maintain their facilities that well then I trust them to take care of my car. The job came out higher than the insurance estimate but Cavallo worked to get the adjuster out and made sure every detail was put back to like new condition. Although the time to repair my car was longer than average because of the need to get all supplementals reviewed and approved, I'm very happy with the end result. They kept me updated throughout the process through text and email which I truly appreciated. read more

I have a 1997 BMW 840Ci which sustained significant damage to the right front fender and had the front bumper nearly torn off while the car was stationary at a mail drop box in a no-traffic lane. A large box truck was turning the corner and eased into the curb lane. The left rear wheel impacted the car directly ahead of the car's right front wheel. The car is registered as a classic and was insured by a classic car insurance company. Repair labor and parts were significant. Chris Brooks the estimator and 'scheduling manager' at Cavallo Auto Body Chadds Ford did a great job of keeping me advised of the status of repairs and interacting with my insurance company. All of the new parts required to repair the car were obtained from the nearby BMW dealer (nearly all had to come from Germany). The fellows doing the repair and refinishing did a superb job. I was delighted with the way the car looked when I picked it up and drove it home. I have two additional cars with classic or antique registration. IF either of them are ever damaged, they will be taken to Cavallo Auto Body - you can be assured of that. Yes, the total job did take quite a bit of time, but the quality of the work was superb. Definitely recommend Cavallo to anyone looking for a dependable body shop around West Chester/Chadds Ford/Concordville. Someone rear ended me in January and I had a small mark on my bumper so I took my car to Cavallo and Chris Brooks helped me out. He worked everything out with the insurance company for me as well and made the process less of a headache. The insurance company was not easy to deal with so having Chris help me out was much appreciated. Thanks guys! read more

If you need auto body repairs and want pristine, quality work, go to Cavallo's in West Chester and make sure you as for Sixto! This is the third time I've requested Cavallo's services and my first time working with Sixto. He was extremely professional, meticulous, thorough with the repair estimate, paid attention to every detail, listened to my concerns, kept me informed during the repairs, handled the insurance company, my rental vehicle and even went further: At the time of the repairs, my vehicle inspection and emissions had expired. Sixto took my vehicle to get inspected. Now that is service! These days, at any place of business, it is rare to find the type of customer service Sixto provided. My vehicle, 2013 BMW X6, looked like it just rolled off the factory line! The whole vehicle inside and out, not just the repairs, was immaculate! Cavallo's always delivers perfection and definitely has the right staff to do so! Thank you Cavallo's and Sixto for the exceptional service! read more

I was absolutely pleased with the service at Cavallo. My car was hit by a deer on Thanksgiving. My car was repaired quickly and professionally by experts in their field. It looks better than new! The customer service received has been unparalleled. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Highly recommend them! Customer service was on point and my car looks brand new! The cleaning job after they did the bodywork was even amazing! Short story on the customer service, I went with hertz rental since StateFarm has discounts through them and that's who they recommend and ended up getting a filthy nasty car (even during Covid!) and Cavallo literally did all the work to help me get into a better enterprise rental car. Everyone is very nice there and welcoming! You need auto body work, Cavallo's is the place to go! Someone hit my side and it was all caved in and now you can't tell any work was done and I even have a special paint color that they matched up perfectly. They also fought for better parts and actual replacements for me instead of StateFarm who wanted to go the cheap way. Just bought this car in the summer so Cavallo knew I didn't want to go the cheap way! Thank you! read more
